Gosh, did you listen to that singer from the group called Faith No More? If I were him, I wouldn't want my clip on the same video as one that features Adam. I don't know if he's always that bad, but I think a random person brought up from the audience would sound better! Sheesh!
kanadie - - midnight in Moscow! I've been told that we'll have 20 hours of daylight at the end of June! We Atopians are in for a treat!
Well now that I have fully committed to the plung into the deep end, I am getting pretty damn excited for this adventure!
I have spent most of the day changing my original flight, and booking the flights in between, getting hotels arranged, and unfortunately dealing with the promoter about tickets( ::) it couldn't all be easy)!
My plans are to spend 3 days in Moscow, then I am going to go directly to Amsterdam to spend 2 1/2 days, then onto London for 4 1/2 days. Should be a crazy yet spendid time!
Back to dealing with getting my Moscow concert ticket taken care of ::) ::) ::)
I've seen this too on other boards ... the Durbin fans are all voting against Adam. And the fact that Durbin beat The Foo Fighters (who was expected to take this whole thing) shows how many of his fans are actively working it.
WTH is their issue???????????? I don't get how voting against Adam somehow enhances their woobie. Are Adam stans supposed to retaliate, because I don't fly that low.
Sheesh.
ETA: I think there's something hinky with their poll software, as last time I voted it added up to 100.01% ::)
It's not something new... a lot of other Idol fans votes againts' Adam even though their names are not on the chart, so not only JD. Yes, it's surprising that he beat the foo fighter's fans. Well.. if you're looking for one of the reason why they do it .. I have one word, Queen.

First off, they are going to release a second single before the album. That is, basically, a necessity since BTIKM is getting no CHR play. It will happen.
If the album is to come out in May, RCA must have a date in mind. I mean, there aren't many dates to choose from once you subtract Carrie and CB. Plus, KA's album is supposed to drop in June I think. I don't know why they haven't released a date unless they are still looking for additional material (which I can't really imagine at this point, but who knows); it does stink for Adam to be doing this whole radio promo tour without a release date he can share.
I have no idea how Adam is going to handle all the album promo and then spending probably a considerable amount of time in June rehearsing with Queen. But I am sure they will make it all work.

I was lucky to win passes to a local radio station (99.7 The Point) meet n' greet here in Kansas City today. It was absolutely amazing! This was my first time meeting Adam and I managed to grab a seat in the front. Tommy was with him too. He was hella funny during the Q & A session (he answered one of my questions-I was soooo nervous) and he performed BTIKM, WWFM and.... Cuckoo! It was his first time performing it acoustically and he kicked a$$!!! It sounded great and I'm sure he'll be adding it to his promo performances now on. It seemed like everyone there was getting into it, myself included. And he didn't edit himself either (yay!).
At the end, we took pictures in pairs (if we had a guest). I gave him hug and chatted with him very briefly and thanked him for all that he does for us, etc. He was soooo sweet (and gorgeous). Sorry if my post is sooo scattered...I'm still trembling with excitement. Ahhhhhh!!!!

I’m barging into the thread out of order because someone tweeted me that my video was posted on ATOP a couple of hours ago. I just wanted you to know it was mine. I took it at Adam’s 107.3 Fresh FM radio promo held at Gibson’s on Monday, last week.
I had a camera glitch and it defaulted to VLC, so I had to convert it to MP4. and remember how to upload to Youtube. Robinny uploaded OOL for me in Ste Agathe, and I couldn’t remember how to do it at first.
Anyway, there are already so many BTIKM vids out there, that I didn’t want to spam here. I like my vid because Gibson’s stage was bathed in natural light, and Adam looks very natural. FWIW, the sound is “authentic” from my camera.
I'm a "vocals" person, and really wanted to hear Adam close up, in a small room, just once. It was worth the many hours of listening to the radio, phoning, Facebook liking to hear him that way. I didn’t even win a ticket in the end, but another Glambert took me as her +1.
A bonus was that I was one of the five people without tickets who was let into the Hamilton Nightclub (94.7FM) that evening at the last moment. And afterwards, as Hoppers, Shufly and RJacksPF have written, Tommy McFly was great to talk to at dinner. What a day!
Kanadie is going to Moscow? Wow! Who else is going? I'm weeks behind in my Adam stanning on Atop, so out of the loop. We're planning super party in the Knebworth meet-up thread, though.
