We have been tweeting/texting and emailing stations and today was told that it is up to the music/programme directors what gets played/added to playlists...... SO.... we need to work hard to make them realise there is a demand!!!!

Hahahaha. There is some guy named Adam Lambert who is involved in drag racing (cars, people, not Queens) and NASCAR. Every so often my Adam Lambert Google Alert picks up an article about THAT Adam Lambert.
So, are the galleries automatically created by a bot who doesn't know the difference? Or is someone having a great practical joke?

This is really kinda funny ... if you look at all the photos they show, they're all of 'our' Adam, except the last one taken in Cannes at the God's and Men premier ... that must be the Nascar Adam. (Unless AL sneaked over without our knowing.)
Actually I take issue with this. Most of us? Generalizations are helpful only up to a point. I like Never Close Our Eyes very much on its own merits. I'm not supporting it as some generic song for the radio-listening masses who don't know any better.
Look, I absolutely expect/respect/encourage varying opinions on songs but I'm starting to be a little sensitive to the implication of some posts here that anyone who actually likes NCOE isn't as serious a fan and/or has pedestrian or unsophisticated taste in music. Really?
And, to show people do react differently, for me NCOE is extremely evocative - not just a good beat.
So a heartfelt thank you to everyone who is vigorously supporting NCOE for whatever reason (as I did BTIKM) but let's not assume it has no real supporters outside the Rebecca Black fan club, hmm?
LOL Sorry! Didn't mean to imply that we (fans), or that I don't love or support NCOE. I've been an advocate for NCOE from the very start! BTW, I am a daily listener of Top 40 radio and have been since I was a tween, but I'm not in the Rebecca Black club! I love Pop radio and all sorts of Pop artists and I LOVE NCOE!!!!!
I meant that "most of us" love songs that evoke strong emotions or tell a story. I guess I shouldn't of highlighted the part about NCOE not being as strong as the other songs, because I don't feel that way AT ALL!
My apologies for using the phrase "most of us" and I also wanted to clarify that I feel that NCOE is a great song for Adam, for his album and for the radio!
