Thanks for posting that Save Me video, happy, and good to be seen.
Again, that note at 4:08? How angels must sound.

Just have to add this one to the Adam's Memory Lane for those who haven't seen it. From 2008: Adam forgets the lyrics and still gets all the shoes from the Broadway performers. www.youtube.com/watch?v=JC3-ZYtgZKU

Yes, cassie, absolutely. And another:
The audience participation in the beginning just stirs my soul and, as I have said before, the note he hits at ~4:09 must be how the angels sound.
last one, promise.

Adam never fails to amaze me with his absolute commitment to each and every performance. The quote below brought him to mind.

I have read with interest your thoughtful replies and thoughts on Adam and the “Freddie speech.” And appreciate seeing your viewpoints. There are some points which, I think, may not have considered.
1. There is an old theater saying goes, “remember, in your audience each night will be someone for whom this will be their first show, and someone for whom this will be their last.” I interpret this to mean, basically, don’t let the quality of your show deteriorate.” Adam may be considering those who have never seen the show, and continue the speech with them in mind.
2. We can only guess and extrapolate as to what input or feedback Brian and Roger have as to the speech and its content and impact.
3. Adam may receive feedback from friends, audience members, fans, that they appreciated the speech, and thought it enhanced the show.
4. For most people, I would guess that they will only see the speech one time. For us diehard fans, who have seen it many many times both at shows and on videos, the perspective may be altered by repetition.
5. Unless the speech is orchestrated by Brian and Roger, I think it is up to Adam to decide whether he wants to make the speech. If it is under Adam’s control, there has to be a reason he continues with the speech.
6. It is possible that the reviewers would concentrate on Freddie’s absence regardless of Adam’s speech.
Not trying to change anyone's viewpoint or stir anything up. For me it is a moot point, as I have my opinion of Adam fully formed and am just happy to see him up there singing. The presence or absence of the speech doesn’t really impact my enjoyment.

I, of course, can only speak for myself. And that is what I am doing.
I am grateful for this forum, and for having a place to go where there is Adam news.
Many conversations here have interested me, made me think, made me laugh, made me upset.
I have read a few comments from posters about the tone of some of the posts, and not said anything myself because it seems to ebb and flow, and I can ride most of it out. Everyone will have their own opinions, favorites, way of expressing themselves. And their own favorite and not so favorite topics and celebrities.
I notice the absence of many of the stalwart posters who have been here for a long while, and I miss them.
All this to say that the posts about Celine Dion upset me, for many reasons. I think they were mean spirited. My opinion only. She may or may not be too thin. But she at least deserves the consideration accorded Adam. if someone mentions that Adam has gained weight, there are many outraged and defensive replies. If it is wrong to judge someone by their weight, that should be applied universally, in my opinion, not just to a favorite.
Comments about her looking old, in such a derogatory tone. This board HATES it, hates it, when another board says disparaging things about Adam. Why then it it acceptable for the same treatment to a different, non Adam, star.
I think the odds are probably very high that only a very few, if any, of the posters on this board know Adam or Celine personally. To judge Celine's life as uninteresting or boring? How do you know? Do you know what her journey has been? I mean really know?
IMO, in this world, there does not have to be an ultimate winner. There is room for many many winners. Someone else's success does not diminish the power and glory of Adam's voice. Someone loving another star the way this board loves Adam does not them wrong. A Celine Dion biopic does not diminish the success of Bohemian Rhapsody.
To the legion of Celine Dion's fans, the idea of a biopic may be as thrilling as an Adam biopic might be for Adam fans. I think we can allow for a fans excitement or happiness about someone other than Adam.
If you don't like or find Celine Dion interesting, don't go to her performances, don't go to a potential biopic. Easy peasy.
Disclaimer: I am not even a Celine Dion fan.
In conclusion, I find it necessary to distance myself. I will still be very grateful for this board, for the fun and informative times, and for all the posters who have contributed. Just because I disagree with some, doesn't mean I have not enjoyed this board.
