Here is a recap of a young friend of mine, Alex, who went to the Manchester show. She is from NZ and went to GN here in 2010 (she was 14 at the time) and now lives in the UK. It is a long, but good read! Great to get the floor feel, wonderful recap, thanks for posting

The stage set up is fantastic too, between songs it goes dark and there are blue lights outlining the runway, when the lights shoot out from the Q and play over the audience it looks like the whole audience is circling, like the stars on the screen during Brian's solo When the confetti is fired it stays up for ages glittering in the lights, its magical.

Well I'm home after the most fantastic experience ever. What can I sat that hasn't already been said, videos just don't do the sound justice, live it just hits you in the stomach and takes your breath away. Adam sounded brilliant so powerful and strong, more than a match for the huge sound of Queen. Highlights included the gorgeous Save Me, the acapella start was heavenly and I would have loved it just as much if the music hadn't joined in. Surprisingly 'cos its never been a favourite of mine TYMD was rocking, I was up and dancing :)the rest of the set last was perfection too, you get such good views with the 2 jumbo screens plus the Q that you don't miss a thing, every expression on Adams face during Killer Queen was up there, and boy did he look good. On the way out there was a couple of blokes, Queen fans that had come to see Queen and what they thought was some Freddy impersonator, (their own words) but were blown away by Adam, raved about his voice, said it was still Queen just different take, and that he was a great fit. Everyone was saying how great it had been and one man saying he was going to try to get to Liverpool too All I can say is I can't wait till next Thursday and Amsterdam

Well I won't be able to tweet or stream as my phone is so old it doesn't even connect to the internet but I promise a recap after. Though after I probably will be incapable of making coherent sentences

I can't believe its finally here, tonight I will be seeing Queen and Adam Lambert in my home town I saw them in Hammersmith just a few rows from the front of the standing crowd, tonight I have a seated ticket Have not listened to any of the streams or vids yet as I want to be surprised, however I will have lots of fun watching them all after this concert and before I go to Amsterdam for my second concert feeling so lucky, so spoilt, and so excited lol
