I love that Adam will be participating in the carols at Westminster Abbey. The UK loves him and he is so respected there. I hope someone will be able to get some type of video to the rest of us. It being shown on Christmas Eve will keep many from watching. Looks like Adam is going to be a busy man, good for him. BTW, does the fact that he is posing with casa dragones mean he is some type of spokesman for them? I don’t really understand the whole promo world.
This is the info that I saw on QueenOnline about the opening night and the Tequila: Roger and Adam Lambert Open New Bar in LA Adam Lambert, Roger & Sarina Taylor, and Bryan Patrick Franklin Will Open Vibrant New West Hollywood Bar The Wild on November 17 WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA (November 15, 2023) – Adam Lambert, Roger and Sarina Taylor, Bryan Patrick Franklin and Michael Solis today announce they have joined forces to open The Wild, an intimate and enchanting new bar located in the heart of West Hollywood that will open to the public on Friday, November 17. Inspired by the lush, tropical jungles of Tulum, The Wild aims to craft unforgettable experiences through specialty cocktails, regional cuisine, and a sensual audio and visual ambience. Of their new endeavor, Lambert, The Taylors, and Franklin said: “We are thrilled to be partnering on this exciting new venture. We look forward to seeing you unleash your wild side!” Last night, The Wild hosted an exclusive opening celebration for family and friends including Chris Colfer, Colton Haynes, Gottmik, Julian Morris, Shaun Ross, Violet Chachki and more who got a sneak preview into the bar’s offerings such as Casa Dragones sipping tequila and signature craft cocktails while surrounded by the sounds of DJ Mike Taylor. As part of the grand opening, The Wild is partnering with Tequila Casa Dragones, a small batch producer known for its ultra-premium sipping tequilas. nightowl Thanks for the info. I often wonder about people who have these kind of jobs. What do they do between tours? Does he go out on tour with somebody else and hope it's over before QAL calls again? Does he make enough money from a QAL tour that he can just wait until the next one? It depends on. Most crew members work on different tours, just like Adam’s band members. I don’t really remember what Andy told us last year on the backstage tour. But I think he did tell us, how he came to be a member of the Queen crew an what he’s doing when he’s not touring with them. In any case he has been a lifelong Queen fan and applied for a job on the first QAL tour. They liked him and a couple of tour legs later he had become the stage manager. He told us that it still feels unreal to him, when he’s having a chat with Brian. And in the beginning he felt weird, when he had to fetch his idol and tell him to come, when Brian had been late. This is a video with Andy, that Queen published during lockdown: youtu.be/R45TbNNQrzg?si=RpnftrLLBTDXowt_

That is the chaise longue handler in the background. That was such a funny behind the scenes video. Indeed. 😁 His name is Andy Bews and he has been QAL‘s stage manager for many years now. He also leads the Backstage Tour for the Onstage VIPs. The guy is cool and can answer you every question about this stage and Queen. I first met him in 2017. He’s also responsible that everyone on stage is at the right place at the right time. And the people around it as well. You can see him walking around the stage with his walkie-talkie during the shows.

If I remember correctly, Adam's friends and family usually attend the LA concerts, don't they? A lot of them usually do, yes. I wonder, how many tickets Adam can give away? At least there are 2 nights in LA, so more of them can come. Of course they could also buy tickets. 😜

Hope Adam got to go home and have a nice reunion with Pharoah. I am thinking they will go to their houses in LA. But you never know, maybe they stay together at a hotel just for the comraderie of everyone being together. I am wondering how old Pharoah is. I know he was not a puppy when adopted. Pharaoh was said to be 3,5 years old, when Adam adopted him in January 2017. He should be 10 years old by now. I saw that Oliver’s friend Stephen had stayed at Adam’s house and looked after Pharaoh during the past days. Stephen’s last story is from his own apartment though, so someone must have come home. Adam and Oliver? Some of Adam’s relatives, who came to the city to attend the concert(s)?

Are they relatives of Oliver's? Or maybe colleagues? She is thanking him for the tickets. She’s Oliver’s colleague at The Global Fashion Agenda. Looks like she’s kind of his boss, since she’s the Director of Partnerships and Development. They’re both working remotely from the US in the partnership department. globalfashionagenda.org/the-team/

I access Atop on my iPad and phone but in the last couple of months it’s been very frustrating waiting for pages to load…usually half a page at a time which then disappears without warning. Often I give up and try again later - not much better but perhaps when I have more time to deal with it! When I try to type, I often have to wait upto a minute for the letters to appear. It’s getting worse and the last couple of days have been unworkable. This page has shut down twice while I’ve been writing this. Atop is the only site this happened with…everything else works quickly and perfectly. Am I the only one experiencing this? Is there anything I can do about it? Is it something happening with Atop rather than me? Any clues would be great because sadly, it’s becoming near impossible. 😩 Don’t feel badly because it’s not just you. I’m having all of the same problems when I’m on my iPad. I have exactly the same problems. This site is almost unusable most of the time. Personally I suspect it’s all the links posted here. I‘m on another forum on this platform and that works completely fine.

He is too funny, I am so sorry I missed part of this. Firstly, he DID NOT look yellow on my screen. Secondly, I wish he would stop pointing out minor differences that he sees as possible flaws like his hairline and grey in his beard. Makes me crazy............he's beautiful......... Tonight on my phone he did look yellow. 😁 As for him pointing out some grey hairs or the hairline: I didn’t understand it as pointing out flaws. Adam just talked about some changes as a matter of fact, it sounded more interesting to him to notice these, not as if he considered them flaws. It reminded me of how he once said, that he would just get himself cool zebra striped hair, when it will have turned grey one day.

Shosh was last seen with Adam on the promo trip in New Zealand. I think since March (?) she’s no longer in charge. She had suddenly stopped posting about Adam on Twitter/X and had no longer answered fan questions. Until then I had wondered, why Adam had 2 different managements. Shosh had been responsible for anything Adam did outside of the USA, the other management for his US promo ect. Maybe Adam has now 1 management? It would make sense, at least to me. Yep. I was confused when they announced someone else would take the US and Shosh would keep international. Then it was no more Shosh. But with Adam saying new management for a few months, it sounds like new management altogether? I guess we will find out soon enough. I don’t know much about management, but there was a whole group from BMG (his US label) at the first show in New York. Aren’t they also responsible for the US management? And then there’s Gabriel, who is(was?) employed by Shosh’s company. No idea, how he fits into all that.
