De-lurking for a minute to say for everybody!!! This whole quarantine for me became Adam-themed - I've listened to him, watched him and even (hiding for a second) read some fanfiction But what I wanted to say right now - today is 8th anniversary of the fabulous concert of "Queen and Adam Lambert" in Moscow, the second of the many more!!! I've met such a beautiful people here - Vecadam and Cherie, amazing Momtomany and her lovely husband With Vecadam and Cheri we've spent several days walking around the city and berting! And the concert!!! I always vividly remember it, that elation, the whole mass of people clapping and stomping and singing and then in the middle of the performance I suddenly realized (while listening to "Radio Gaga") that I sit here crying with the shear joy of it all... Fantastic times!!!

Hello! Such a great opportunity to say hello to all of you and every word of passion and devotion to Adam! It's been 9 years since I discovered Adam and I can't be happier because of this (though my sister still laughs at my "obsession" )! I found so much inspiration, amazing friends, incredible adventures thanks to him... My son grew up with his music and now he sometimes recognizes Adam on the air faster than me I'm in a lurking mode lately, but try to come here as often as possible

Happy New Year, dear friends!Wishing you a joyful, peaceful and Adamful year! Sadly, didn't have a lot of free time last year to catch up with you and Adam here, hope for the better planning this year :D I didn't even write down my thoughts about Adam's Moscow concert :( though mainly it was because I feel a bit disappointed. Not with Adam, of course! With all the setting - I was told beforehand that the hall is very comfortable and the sound is amazing... It was so to some extent. Firstly, I've had to watch over two teenagers - my son and my niece, who were ve-ery excited. And secondly, we were closer to the upper part of the balcony and they didn't have two big screens by the stage and the lights were on - not too bright, but distracting nevertheless - all in all it didn't help to immerse into the atmosphere of the concert :-[ That to say I really hope that I will improve my work situation in the new year and will take my son and myself somewhere in Europe to listen to Adam

A-a-ah! Haven't been here for a long while :( - just work, more work, and kid with a new school and four additional classes... Though I try to keep up with everything Adam-related at least through twitter and occasional dive in And I couldn't not come here and tell you all!!! that!!! Tonight, tonight.... I have tickets to Crocus City Hall and in an hour and a half I'm taking my 11-year old son and 16-year old niece and we are heading towards the venue - to watch and to listen!!! I'm so excited! (Just have to persuade kid to finish his lessons for tomorrow) I will have my brand new tablet with me and will take pictures (may be even vid a little) and I will try to post everything immediately at least on twitter and here if I persuade it to log in finally (my tablet don't want me to be connected to adamtopia yet (zzz) )

I'm trying to post this little OT (not so much really) for some time, but each time something more interesting comes ... and I'm still waiting for a moment So, my little OT: I was reading IDF and found this name, new to me - Alfie Boe. Went to check and liked the man a lot - good voice, interesting personality, humor and a wide range of musical interests. For example: We have talked about Alfie in the vocal masterclass thread, I think. Have you seen the documentary he did on Freddie? He's a real fan. Also, check out the a cappella stuff he does from his kitchen. No bells and whistles, just an incredible voice. His rendition of Bring Him Home makes me tear up every time. Having said that, he just cannot make a convincing transition from opera to rock, IMO. But, he loves to sing it, so, go for it. Thank you, cassie! I've watched his film and was quite impressed with his thoroughness and interest in Freddie. And I can hear he is a very good singer, I like his voice a lot. I haven't listned to the a capella performance yet, but will definitely look into it. [I'm not a trained musician myself, but I've worked with a lot of performers in the past (in the Bolshoi Theatre at one point), even both my son's godparents are musicians and I love to listen to an interesting music and good voices ]

It's like his voice is too smooth, too, so to say, 'round' for this song...' and then I thought what I'd give to hear Adam sings "Barcelona" And then I found this performance: and I was LOLing and LOLing the whole song No, it's not that bad, just after this one: the previous one seemed so ... tame Just wanted to share with you.

Damn! How perfect he is! 'fainting' Hi all! So good to be part of that finest fandom, I feel it again and again, even if I have very little time to actively participate right now (hope this post will show the pic, I'm on a new notebok and still a wary of it )

WWTLF was extra special tonight... IDK how it could ever improve but it has.... I couldn't breath until the end... It was really special tonight. I always think of this song as Adam's special one, to me it always singing from the bottom of his soul, never tired to listen to it.

I finally have a minute for myself and want to tell all of you - I'm mostly lurking around these days - too much work and other home stuff and I come here to unwind and connect with the best part of the world Oh, by the way, totally forgot to share with you my December unexpected pleasure - we were at Moscow "Burger King" with my son and at one point I was talking with him while some music came on. I didn't pay a lot of attention to their music, but thought that it sounded somewhat familiar and then my son exclaimed, "Mom, it's Adam!" and it was Adam, indeed It was "Trespassing"! Yay! We were very pleased Oh, and other good thing - my 15-year old niece now is a fan of Adam! I'm educating her in all things that Adam
