Yeah well according to this (posted by wal) he is invited back to GMA yet again. So it's not a second chance but a third. I actually wrote to them. Thinking of writing to the FCC (I hate ABC since you know when...) I can see complaining to ABC b/c of the broken glass. But what did CB do that violates the FCC? The glass breaking was not televised.

Oh man i'm not poetic at all.... The first thing that came to my mind when Adam said Heathrow is that he is a guy always in an airport, traveling, catching flights..... On RuPaul Drag race, Raja and a few of his drag queen friends refer to themselves as Heather or the Heathers..Why, I don't know or remember..I guess Adam wanted to be called the male Heather that's why he answered the tweet like that..I love this show, so entertaining...and I really hope Raja wins...or has won

Just a couple quick comments - I have just been skimming, so nothing too well thought out here. A major difference between Sheen and CB is that I don't THINK Sheen has been convicted of assault. I havn't paid much attention to Sheen, but it mostly just seems like he is jerk and is on drugs - in my book, that is bad, but no where near the level of beating another human being black & blue. I believe that the "1500 complaints" to the FCC were based on the performance being "offensive" to the viewer - I don't think any particular rule was broken other than a vague rule about not airing offensive material. I suppose one could claim that glorifying a violent individual on their programs is "offensive"

I bought 6 GlamNationLive - 3 from AO (trying to support Adam but sorry I did - won't get those til next week and paid a ridiculous amount for shipping). Then I bought 3 from Barnes & Noble - they were only $9 each and I bought 3 to get free shipping - and I got those yesterday! After watching last night, I need more! The quality is better than I expected and it was so much fun (even though I saw it live about 10 times ha ha). I'm giving a bunch away to casual fans I know who wouldn't look for it but I think will enjoy it. A couple people who wished they had gone to concerts when they could but didn't. I'm giving one to my Bank Manager today - she always asks me about Adam . I know it's unreasonable, but I still feel upset about the RS review. I don't understand why it doesn't get at least 4 stars!!! I guess I can (slightly) understand the comment about the "staginess" - I cracked up when Adam gave his little "speeches" because I love him but they are cheesy. Although I've seen them so many times and they are all so similar, the reviewer wouldn't know how much they were staged, right? But anyway, aren't all pop concerts staged to a degree? My daughter and her friend were with me when I put the DVD on - at first they rolled their eyes and were gonna go upstairs - but they never moved from the couch til it was over Also, my daughter told her friend: "yeah, I have to say it was the best (yes, she said best and she has been to a lot of concerts) concert I've been to" and she commented on his exceptional showmanship! Woo fucking hoo!

The glass breaking was not televised. ...why would I care that he broke their glass? That's ABC's problem, not mine. My problem is their promotion of the unworthy personality on their most popular show. AFter all - I will now have to hide my poor children from watching TV in prime time ;D..not to mention Mike Catherwood - I've complained about him to the FCC after he opened his idiotic mouth on TV. This whole thing is about public opinion, not the laws. If an ABC exec gets a report about complaints - it is worth it.

From Wikipediea: "Heathers is a 1989 black comedy film starring Winona Ryder, Christian Slater, and Shannen Doherty. The film portrays four girls in a trend-setting clique at a fictional Ohio high school. The girls — three of whom are named Heather — rule the school through intimidation, contempt, and sex appeal."
They ruled the roost - at least at the start of the movie. LOL
