Tommy was there with girlfriend. I kidded Eber about his American bloke tweet and the local band. I told him that peeps had come from all over the world and they were duly impressed. Eber is so gracious. We're so proud of Adam... so I can only imagine how proud he is... beyond his dream of his first born who a bit 3 years ago still needed his support to pay rent.  |

This just cracks me up that 'you forgot to mention' talking to Eber and Tommy. Like how do you start up that conversation? Okay you twisted my hand for this...I was standing with my 2 big Brit Queens fans by the door that leads to the backstage. Eber, Tommy and his firlfriend came down the back stage stairs and into GA, to go upstairs front and center balcony. I said Eber....He looked and looked quizzically for a moment and said LA right? I said yes we met and spoke at the Music Box. Tommy just stood there and smirked the whole time. I said to Eber, you must love meeting Queen and he said yes...I slipped in the local band and the American bloke and we both chuckled. Told him about fans traveling from all over the world, and he knowingly nodded and said isn't it great. I said enjoy the show and off they went. Neil was also smirking the whole time too. They probably get a charge out of us older fans traveling...... But Eber is just 7 years younger than myself, so I fit right in. Trust me the audience was varying ages from young to very old, and trust me they were up and rocking it out. I was so charged by seeing big burly guys singing all the words to the songs and fist pumping. I've drunk in every word -- thanks! I've always had a little crush on Eber -- ALTHOUGH that little crush seems to be surplanted by my major crush on Dr.May......sorry, Ebs. Ha!! |
