I am watching a 1:10hrs Queen + Adam Lambert "compilation" vid right now ...
Having fun all over again!!! There are a couple of Moscow bits thrown in, but mostly Hammersmith ... I really like this!
For those who are waiting for the live concert quite some time later today, you could spend your time worse ...

My son, who went with me to the Wilkes Barre concert and thinks Adam is majorly talented, feels he should NOT take the Idol judge gig. He said he is too associated with Idol now & needs to distance himself not snuggle closer. ("snuggle" is my word not his. )
I both agree and disagree!
It's a double-edged sword. He needs something like this to get noticed, let people now that he's alive and have an album out.

IDK... as much as I love Queen.. I prefer Adam to perform his own song on Grammy night :-/ Agreed. I didn't mean to say he should perform with Queen that night!! Bad sentence syntax. But yes to a mini tour in the US late fall lol.. I read back your post.. I think it made sense now.. ;D

It's a double-edged sword. He needs something like this to get noticed, let people now that he's alive and have an album out. I think Idol judge would be a great gig for him. When he mentored on Idol, he showed just how far removed he was from "contestant Adam" to "mentor Adam." Judging would show that distinct difference/elevation even more. His stage experience/knowledge and touring are so valuable. And he came across so great judging on Project Runway - likeable while still critiquing honestly. And he looked sooooo good. I see only win-win if he gets this gig.
