I dunno. Can a radio station figure out IP addresses from tweets? Q3? You know more about this than I do. I do know that 94.7 is trying to carve out more market share for itself. And both Tommy and Toby are bright guys. I think every DC peep peering into ATOP ***NEEDS*** to request (or peeps who can convincingly look like they're from DC) . I'll let Q3 tell us whether or not its beneficial/harmful for those outside to request too. Despite its market size, DC isn't like NY - they generally look for area clicks versus clicks from anywhere. ETA. Fresh has now played NCOE *multiple* times during morning rush !!! |

Pretty Little Liars?!!! Weeeeeeeee!! (I've never watched it but my daughter does.....can't wait to tell her!) Are those UK chart numbers new?? He kept his 17/16 position? That's good right??  No that is still last weeks chart...new chart is released on Sundays |

OOOHH! Pretty Little Liars! Do you guys realize how many teenage girls watch this show? Like alot. Its perfect for Adam. :D

It is possible to geolocate tweets but I am not aware of any radio stations doing it. BUT a lot of tweets requests for NCOE will look like a non-listener, fan campaign. NOT GOOD. Best to NOT tweet requests to a station you do not listen to. BUT if you are an online listener, no matter where you live, request away. **** Unless a station actively promotes request from anywhere, online listening, I recommend leave it to local listeners. **** ETA: They have NCOE in Power Rotation -- no need to request a ton because they can't play it much more then they are. Same as Sirus. |
