I'm still banning ABC, haven't watch any ABC shows since after AMA, no matter how good they are. I won't watch ABC until Adam is invited back to perform. same here, I haven't watched it since the banning except for when Adam was on the View ..I haven't missed it either Yep, still boycotting ABC, too, except when Adam is on. |

Chris Brown is a thug, I don't buy his music and never will. And the Rhianna beating happened almost 2 years ago and so did the AMAs. I am on team #theAMAscatapultedAdamintotheinternationalscene  My feelings about this incident with Brown has nothing to do with Adam. I object to ABC and GMA not canceling Brown because he did a violent act in their "home," made employees feel uncomforable, could have hurt innocent people on the street, and they seem to be condoning it. No charges, no statement issued that condemned what he did, and he is still going to be on DWTS. My feelings are exclusive of how I feel about Adam. Inviting someone back into your home, after he has trashed it is beyond ridicuous. And, as a teacher and a mother, until Chris Brown is held responsible for his actions, he will only get worse. He committed a crime and basically, GMA apologized to him. We all know, if it was any one of us, they would have called security and we would have been taken out in handcuffs! ITA!! And MWP, I want to marry your post and set up Bridget's in an apartment on the side. I am irate with ABC in a way I have only been since the AMAs and it has to do with Adam in the very broad sense (they cast themselves as the arbiters of "morality" and scapegoated someone who I care about deeply and outed themselves as cowards in the process), but in this, they have cast themselves as craven sycophants that I have even less respect for. My email to ABC did not mention Adam in any way; it was solely about the issue of ABC's obsequiousness to Chris Brown. If any one of us did what he did, we would be arrested and ABC would file charges for vandalism, willful destruction of property and who knows what else. There would likely be NO mercy. Security would have detained us and called the NYPD and they would have pressed a few different charges and wouldn't care if our whole family had just been wiped out in a natural disaster. Yet they kiss ass to a thug and a repeat offender. In my email, I said the dynamic is akin to a classic abusive relationship. • Abusee gives abuser a second/third/25th chance ... • Abuser has violent outburst and blames abusee for provoking it • Abusee apologizes (!!) and begs abuser to take them back • Everyone pretends violent outburst never happened (abusee applies makeup to contusions or fixes window, but sweeps all evidence under the rug and denies vehemently that anything happened, even though everyone knows it did) • Lather, rinse, repeat ABC, I have lost all respect. |

YAY just got the two Glam nation Dvds I ordered, one for DH and myself and another for my daughter. She went to see Adam with us at the Hard Rock in Florida. So exciting. I think Adam is doing GREAT, IMHO he is a world wide super star.The past is the past.. I could care less about the AMAS ,it's such old news and Adam is doing just fine with or without ABC. so ABC can apologize to Chris Brown,they can lick his dirty boots for all I care. I'm over it.. the future success of Adam is what I care about. If ABC likes to be abused by a gangsta rap imposter so be it.Fuck them!!I'm moving on ... just sayin
OMG I just read that Les Miserables might be made into a film,probably coming out of England.. ADAM would be so great in this adaptation.Perfect vehicle for his movie debut.. I'm hyperventilating!!

I'm secrectly hoping it's just a small tattoo in addition to the two other ones. No sleeve tattoo yet please. Need more time to adjust to the thought of it. I'm personally quite excited for the sleeve, but I sympathize with those less into it :-/  . Would this kind of sleeve make you feel better, ladies? Found it while procrastinating and hunting up cool tattoos. They called it the "lace glove," so it might go well with our "leather and lace" concept!:  Howdaydodat? Hey, and it's on a freckly shoulder already, it could happen! Cheer up! There are some really amazing tats out there, once you start looking. Now that I like and the thought that those yummy freckles would still be visible is even more enticing! Thanks MWP (can you tell AMW hello for me?)!! I think it's the sleeve tats that are really dark that I don't like so much, but since it will be on Adam's arm, I'm sure I'll like it whatever it is! In fact, if I had to pick between larger guages or a sleeve tat, I'd definitely pick the sleeve tat! Adam has great taste, so I'm really not worried. I just hope once he has it done that we get to see a pic of it! |
