I think you are right...Who was the closing act and how many acts were there altogether ? Anyone ? I think Demi Lavato was the last act. I couldn't tell you who else performed. |

The Des Moines, Waterworks park concert isn't new. It's a radio station music fest. Train, neon trees, Hansen, Matt Kearney, Adam, etc. the VIP and golden circle tickets are sold out, but the park is huge and they can accommodate a shitload of people so it looks like they are doing the groupon thing.
