Fantasy Spring #2: Is it another Full Circle Moment?

Last night I read the term “full circle moment” being used to discuss the concert at Fantasy Springs. I started to think a bit about what that means.

Full Circle Moments happen when we revisit a situation or circumstance in our present life that occurred in our past. The event of the second experience creates a circle in which we view both perspectives — past and present — simultaneously. Viewing the “there and then” and the “here and now,” seeing their relationship and connection completes the circle and creates a richer, fuller life experience.

Over two years ago, on Feb 27, 2010, fans descended on Indio, CA from all over the United States and the world to see Adam Lambert in one of his first post-Idol solo shows. Yesterday, fans did the same thing. The two concerts have a lot in common – and yet so much has changed.

The last time Adam was at Fantasy Springs, the big stories were 1. Adam Lambert meets his oldest fan. 89 year old Isabel Paquette, at his first concert. It is more like an upward spiral then a circle – and Adam has moved up to a higher level.

Thanks for the banner Q3. FS photos aren't quite as nice as CM because no flash allowed but they still capture the moment.

I feel as high right now as I did after FS #1, maybe even more so because Adam was so much better than he was then. His growth over the last 2 years is incredible.

And he certainly loves his fans.

ETA I am listening to my audio recording from tonight and I think it a keeper. I will upload it when I get home. And I promise not to accidently delete any files this time

Phew.....back in the OC from Fantasy Springs. The concert was ahhhhhhmazing, off the charts, but that 4 hour turn-around trip killed me. I don't remember the trip being that long last time. Note to self, " book a room next time." I started questioning my own sanity on the way there, 4 hours driving for 1hr of Adam, then I snapped out of it. I guess I'm spoiled b/c Costa Mesa is only 15 min from my house. Off to read yesterday's thread. Heck its only 2am here, maybe I'll watch some videos & relive the experience again.
