Random things keep coming to me about CM and FS. I've read where eye contact with an audience member happens and the fan is excited. At CM it did seem he looked directly at me, but excited is not the word I would use. Electric shock is more like it.. A physical step back happened.  Congrats, grandduchess, and welcome to the eye contact club. Excited doesn't cover it, at all. "Electric shock, no I can't get enough" is closer to accurate LOL. For me, those few seconds during WLL at the Ryman were the most intense, thrilling, supernatural seconds of my entire life. And I've had an exciting life! I know I said it at the time, but it felt as if he pulled all my body's energy out thru my eyes into his. He had just gotten his infinity tattoo earlier that week and had explained the energy connection thing. Well, it's real. This encounter led to my infinity tattoo. |

So, to take my crazy ass one step further.... the venues of these 3 shows, Costa Mesa, FS, and Winstar have grossed approx. a total of $630,000. Not sure what Adam's cut in all that is, but I would say at least 50% but probably way more. So, it's not bad for 2 weeks of work!  I imagine his net would have to be be much lower than that, tho. After paying for bus and driver, hauling band equipment, feeding and putting up band, backups and crew, the net profit would be significantly smaller. |

Technically challenged nervous ninny here. : I downloaded London 3 WWTLF from the Talc files already converted to MP3 but like the London 2 show for the other songs. Is there a mediafire link with the flac files already converted to MP3 for that show? I've already checked the Queen thread and the news thread for July 12. I can't ask anyone in my family to help as I live in a strictly no illegal d/l household. I simply can't live without hearing Adam sing Queen music every day. But these are not illegal downloads so you should be able to ask for help.. You should be able to convert any of the youtube videos from the events and most weren't recorded by the Queen fans. There is supposed to be a Google add-in that will do it. Even the FLAC versions recorded by the Queen fans aren't illegal, they just don't want mp3 versions on the web but you can legally download the FLACs and change them to mp3s for your own use.. |

After 3 years, my brain has been recalibrated to connect nearly everything I see and hear to AFL in some way. So when I'm reading a novel by Jodi Picoult (Sing You Home) and they're talking about singers, I automatically see his name. I do a double take and check again. Yep, there it is, another cultural reference to AFL. Who knew?
