Someone on Twitter mentioned Darius Rucker and I think that would be an excellent Country choice. Darius, Adam, Mariah! Perfect! As a nutso Idol fan, I think I will be more disappointed if Randy stays, than if Adam doesn't get it. Really, Randy has got to go! I was literally screaming at my TV last season at the stoopidness that was Randy! I told my hubby, if anything is ever going to get me to stop watching Idol, it is going to be Randy. And frankly, if he stays and Adam is not there to compensate for him, then I may be over Idol! If he stays, I will have to assume he has something worthy of blackmail on the head of FOX! :-/ mys*&@^#r, you crazy & sweet thing! Although, I personally have mixed feelings about Adam being on Idol (as a judge), I hope he gets the job, not just for all the benefits coming along, but for your sanity and your pleasure of continuing to watch your beloved show! So True! They would rather aim for someone like Toby Keith... gag! AI seems to be trying to cater to their older, more conservative audience instead of trying to get judges like The Voice and X Factor and appeal to a younger and newer audience. Maybe that is their "strategy"? : If that's the case, then instead of revamping and re-energizing the show (like they said), they're just dragging the last breath out of this "aging dinosaur". With a country artist on the panel, Randy possibly staying and a return of 43-year-old diva, can we just declare the next Idol winner now??  |

geezlouise - great memory! and you are absolutely correct-I have no idea what or who Hootie&Blowfish are but I do like the name ;D ( I can assure you that the level of my ignorance is much deeper than anyone on this board can imagine actually... (I can name only one Madonna song for instance, but at least I knew who she was BA)).As you, I haven't watched Idol past Adam and have no intentions of doing so unless BB is on... My memory is like a steel trap!! LOL I wish I could forget some of the music I have heard over the years! : Now you have me curious as to what ONE Madonna song you know???? My guess..... Like a Virgin. AmIright?????? Material Girl... the "dropping" site rumor is one of the stupidest things I've seen...internet at its "best" ;D ..quite funny actually.... Adam's Chokehold/50 Shades of Gray is pretty interesting. If this happened, I can see it really upping Trespassing visibility a lot. It is bond to be a huge box office hit.

But I keep on asking last week and this week that I haven't seen any RCAPromo or SonyGlobal tweeted about Adam since Queen gigs. I'm really wondering what's going on. But, Sony Australia re-releasing Trespassing right?? And I will also see if he's still doing his Asia promo tour, if he's going to Asia and Australia to promote his album then he's okay. eta: This will be posted on the other site.. so I think it's not a good time for me to visit it this time.. |
