Okay, here's the latest update to SC: Tutka Roadshow July 19th, 2012: TRS in Tampere, introducing Angry Birds Land in Särkänniemi and talk with Jonne Aaron. www.adamtopia.com/index.cgi?action=gotopost&board=sauli&thread=965&post=282542I mentioned with the previous update info that that would be the episode where they went to Särkänniemi but I got the episodes mixed up - sorry! I was working with several episodes at the same time and got confused. This is the one where Katri and Sauli go on a rollercoaster ride! You guys are awesome. THANK YOU!!

Today on adamtopia - recent thread - I saw a great design of Adam - a poster and a t-shirt - of his head - in one of his cool poses (similar to the BTIKM cover?). I cant seem to find it or it seems to have disappeared from the thread. Can anyone please repost it? I wanted to print it out....
Thanks!!! Anjalee

You may be onto something, Bridgeymah. I have always had a "No way!" attitude toward releasing a ballad; that radio simply wouldn't play it. But, basically, at this point, I have given up trying to figure out just what CHR will play. It is full of contradictions. Chicago's KISS station, WKSC, playing Adele every hour??? Or Gotye?
If Adam's management (or RCA) could just get some kind of vehicle (movie or commercial) to launch a ballad, who knows what could happen.
Or, they need to work on finding a collaboration. I have been hearing that Gym Class Heroes song "Fighter" a lot lately, and each time I think how it should be Adam singing the hook instead of Ryan Tedder. Something like that would have been perfect.

Something like that would have been perfect. Well if you look at biggest hits of Celine, Whitney, etc their biggest hits were ballads featured in hugely successful romantic movies... Avatar2 anyone! On principle that they annoy the shit out of me I'm anti collab, but if it was someone cool and not one of the rapper or dj d'jour gang...

www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2012/07/27/interview-adam-lambert-gay-queen-american-idol_n_1709190.html?utm_hp_ref=twINTERVIEW: Adam Lambert - On The Gay Thing, American Idol And Taking His Place With Queen “Like it or not, the words ‘openly gay’ are ALWAYS going to precede my name in the media. But I don’t carry that heavily. Everyone else does.” Adam Lambert is incredibly relaxed about dealing with the question he must be tired of answering, especially after he made history as the first ‘openly gay’ singer to top the US Billboard Chart with his second album Trespassing earlier this year. Adam Lambert can carry controversy easily on his shoulders“What’s the big deal? I came out of the closet when I was 18, went through all the necessary struggles, and after that I didn’t talk about being gay, I just was.” "I don't know what came over me" He admits, though, that part of his growing fame and success has meant working out how much responsibility he has to less confident gay people watching what he says and does. “When it first started, I didn’t know where to go with it. I didn’t know if that minority group even wanted me to be their representative publicly – it seemed almost… presumptuous. more

Last night's concert was fun, yes, adamrocks, I was there, thanks for remembering me. It's very PG, I am sure because it's a family park, tons of kids and screaming girls.. It's hubby's first Adam concert (my second), I am pretty sure he likes it, he took a gazillion pictures, and recorded partial "Fever" when a security interrupted him. (we sat at center isle) I am glad some other people got the videos. I am glad Adam had fun (@adamlambert: San Antonio was fun! Thanks to all who came! ) Going to be driving 6 1/2 hours to Thackerville now, (versus 15 minutes drive to Six Flags from my house), I can't wait. I can't wait for the kind of show Adam will bring tonight. Hah!
