Jazzhands, I have this one without Poker Face: Thank you!! I love this one! And, seeing how Geezlouise and I are both big fans of the Jessi Cruickshank interview, maybe someone can come up with a version that leaves the "F" bombs intact.

OT Hi guys! Im a little bored these days and because my chances to see you in person are minimal I got an idea, prob ultrastupid to organize a group chat sometimes, I mean via Skype. I know Im extremely crazy but maybe the idea isnt as bad as it sounds after first reading Works for me ame we can also use the chat room here sometime! When Q3 put that up a while back I went there every evening to see what was up but nobody was ever there...once in a blue moon there was but only for the first week or so....It might be fun to set up a definite time when 'we' would go in to visit....time changes make it more challenging but.... Chat time is just too late, 10PM EDT is 3AM here and that's usually my bedtime :-[ I do have Skype though.

I think I am missing out on something being the naive little East Texas girl who lived a very sheltered life. You and me both! Whenever topics like this come up, I remember the cute comment my mom always made when sex came up: "I already know more than I want to know." :D

Since it is a slow day I wanted to post an article I found interesting:
I read this article when it was published and it helped explain to me why I find it so endlessly fascinating to follow Adam's journey through the music business because frankly my fascination often makes me feel like I am not playing with a full deck. It was nice to hear the author say that celebrity is a new art form that is made very much richer and available by our new technologies.
Celebrity: It is actually a new art form that competes with—and often supersedes—more traditional entertainments like movies, books, plays, and TV shows (and the occasional golf tournament), and that performs, in its own roundabout way, many of the functions those old media performed in their heyday: among them, distracting us, sensitizing us to the human condition, and creating a fund of common experience around which we can form a national community. I would even argue that celebrity is the great new art form of the 21st century.
When we follow Adam, we are partaking in art, and Adam is a great artist of celebrity as well as a great musical artist.

From yesterdays thread: ----- My nightmare scenario: Adam gets offered $100 million to do a Vegas show. He says yes. And we all have to move to Vegas. Now I love Adam. I like Las Vegas. But do I want to live in a city inhabited by 100,000 Glamberts!!?!??! YIPES!! Sometimes I really love you Q3! I will move in if that day comes!

LindaG23- Thanks for fixing my link. When it comes to tech, I am like a neanderthal which is why you will likely never see an avatar under my name.
