DAY 2 - MOSCOW
After an emotional start to the day watching Kiev vids, we got ourselves together and prepared to meet up with JanuarySnow.

Waiting in our hotel foyer 2 meet @januarysnow who is going 2 take us sightseeing 4 the day. Atops from opposite sides of the world unite

One of the most awesome things about this fandom - is the fans themselves. In every single country that I have stalked  followed Adam to, his fans step outside of the box and GIVE OF THEMSELVES UNCONDITIONALLY to others!
The wonderful JanuarySnow was no exception. Gurl.... Vesna and I just don’t know how to thank you enough for what you did for us dear one.
This beautiful lady devoted three whole days to us. She became our local tour guide. Took us everywhere, translated for us, advised us, educated us, navigated the awesome Moscow metro system with knowledge...ooh and a really handy smartphone app which told her how long it would take us to get anywhere...lol  Her historical knowledge was fabulous and through her we got to see Moscow through the eyes of a local. It was simply priceless!!!

This was stunning and very poignant for me. This is where nica575 grew up. Her street/hood was just immediately to the right. For anyone who doesn’t yet realise, nica and I have become very special friends because of this amazing fandom. I stayed with her in New York for nearly three weeks on my last Adamfest tour to the US. Our friendship is one of the bestest things to come out of this amazing fandom. To stand here, knowing this is where she grew up was, to say the least, emotional for both of us. And yes, she’s seen ALL the other photos I took of here  :) She has told me that this beautiful place was in fact demolished and was a swimming pool at one stage, but has been lovingly reconstructed. I simply stood in awe at the love, workmanship and care of this restoration.

I’m trying really hard to get to the concert bits, but so much of this journey was intrinsically intertwined with Adam fans and therefore was such a personal journey within itself, that it is really difficult to seperate the travel blog from the Queenbert bits.
The next re-cap bit will be leading up to the concert and the concert itself, but I want to post some personal people photos related to that and before I can, I felt that it was important to ask permission from those in the photos. So far, I have OK’s from 3 out of 4 and until I hear back from the last person (momtomany.... dahling, go read your PM’s please sweetheart) then I will hold off.
I’m also seriously pissed off....grrr. I was a brand new iPhone camera user and in many instances whilst taking photos, the sun was directly in my eyes and I simply did not see that my big frigging finger was over the lens. Soooo... many of my photos have this BIG, PINK blurry thing at the top of the photos. UGH! I am trying to Photoshop clone them out, but it is time consuming and I’m doing it badly. Also, many are blurry. I think I was trying to take pictures on the run and didn’t actually stand still long enough for them to ~set...lol.
Also, I got way less camera happy as the trip went on. I suspect that Q3 will be happy bout that, no doubt...lol
