I guess those sunglasses are cutting edge fashion and cost more than my iPad, right? But for the life of me, they look like the sunglasses my sister and I had at about age 5. Plastic and heavy duty so we wouldn't break them the first day of summer. About ten years ago I saw a similar pair in the dollar store for 50 cents. Thought about picking them up for nostalgic purposes. Should have. I could sell them for big bucks on eBay it seems.

Is that the shirt he wore at Brooke's wedding? Classy even when coming back from a holiday. Sandals and all...
I think he looks great - happy. Cuddly. They are nauseatingly happy and in love. The hair makes him look playful, which is one of his traits I appreciate the most. If it's not just a Cabo cover up and he decides to go public with it, there is no doubt in my mind that we're in for some major blond hotness from him.

I'm with bamafan--it was only a matter of time!
Personally, I am thrilled! Not because I think he will look better as a blond but because it gives me another way to see him. I am always excited when he wears a new style or whatever because it is like one more side of him. Sometimes I even pictured the "old" blond Adam and the "new" dark Adam as separate people so it will be nice to blend the two in my mind.
His eyes will pop with platinum--think Anderson Cooper's eyes.
After seeing the fun Adam had being more OTT with Queen, it made me wonder if he was getting a bit bored with the whole toned-down image he is selling now. This is him--brave, eye-catching, crazy, fierce! And probably less eye-raising for the mainstream than having fun with his make-up.
For a man with self-esteem issues re: appearance I am happy to let him know that I love him regardless of what he does to himself! After all, "sexy is sexy"!!!!!

Regarding the eyebrows, I think lightening them would be a mistake. The dark brows with the platinum hair looks funky and dramatic. Light eyebrows would wash him out band make him look like he did as a kid. I just can't imagine Adam with no edge.
I agree. Light eyebrows would be too monochromatic. The dark eyebrows framing his striking blue eyes are much more interesting. Since the platinum hair isn't even pretending to look natural, it's not necessary to have eyebrows to match. |
