During Adam's audition when he walks to the table to shake Paula's hand, he looks over his shoulder at Simon and says, "I'll surprise you." That is one promise he has always kept. He said that after he sang What's Up, Hollywood Round 1. You don't see him sing that song, but the comments are there. I often wonder what Simon thinks about what Adam has accomplished since Idol....... if he thinks about it at all. |

Just heard that George Michaels has tweeted that he is singing closing ceremonies with Queen, anyone else seen/heard that?

OT but tonight I'm am getting together with some family members for dinner. Kale is on the menu as a novelty item. We are mostly northerners (not familiar with cooking traditional southern "greens"), and I am the only one who has ever "et" them. Since I lived in Virginia for many years, I have been appointed as the kale cook. I have done it before according to oral directions given to me by a real old-style, southern cook. This will not be Adam's kale. ;D Can't wait to see the entire bleach head of hair.  |
