Most probably he did it before he went to Cabo with his friend the hairdresser.
As for something big might be going on, it might, but I don't think this has to do with his hair. He told us many times that he doesn't plan these things. He wanted it, he did it!!

I am now torn between which hair I find more unattractive -- the Frankengump or the bleached blonde. :( Hard call. They both manage to do what I thought was previously impossible -- make him totally unappealing to me.
