I don't. Since Adam is "time challenged" I think to him "a week or so" meant after Japan. A week or so, to him, could mean 3 weeks in "Adam speak!" I just hope when I guessed Augtember, I wasn't right! I checked Expedia for flights from LAX to Tokyo and most of them leave morning into early afternoon. So, they are just hours away from leaving here. I'm kinda countin on Adam pics from the Tokyo airport. How long is the flight? Do you think he'll have his hat off by then? 11 hour flight. I think he always lands with a hat on!  |

Q3 had mentioned that one way for Adam to increase sales would be to tour with another headliner in order to play bigger venues. I wonder if he could do a Trespassing/Queen tour, where the first hour was his music and the second half would be him with Queen. That's a lot of singing per show but if it wasn't every night, he could probably manage it. I don't know if that would be perceived as presumptuous that he was on their level already, but I think he's in a pretty unique situation in that he's already linked with Brian and Roger. I also don't know if that brings in new younger fans, but it sure brings in more rock fans, and since his stuff sounds a lot more rocky live, it could work. It would certainly solve the time problem of touring with both his stuff and Queen. Plus, it would make ME very happy, so there's that.

Speaking of hats, I have a question for all our hair dying experts. You all have said the platinum would be easier to keep up than the black because the roots coming in would be light. But I was pondering this and realized, wouldn't the roots have to be constantly stripped to get that platinum color, whereas with the black, they only had to be touched up with regular dye? I mean in a pinch, on the road, he could use mascara for the black in an emergency!

From the little I know, Doug is a sound guy been around along time. He is friends with Adam and did some sound for him back a few years ago. He is know touring with Seal, I think he knows alot of people in the business so he could be creadable. He was road crew manager or equipment manager I think for Glam Nation tour. I guess you'd say production crew of some sort who has worked a long time in the business. He was the one responsible for the equipment load in and out at the venues I think. Ok thanks. Basically it seems to me I would put this above some of the normal hearsay but nothing really to jump up and down about yet.  |

Before the QueenBert concerts, I never realized how wide Adam can open his mouth--creating a huge resonating chamber for his voice. I have to really work to open my mouth that wide (if I even can do it). But it seems to be very natural for him. Can't see the pics  You can't see alikat's Smug Mug albums? |

Last time he was in Shanghai he didn't have a hat and signed a lot of stuff at the airport to the people who were waiting there. Maybe since it's been a long time since his last visit to Japan he will do the same? Fingers crossed! |
