Posting pictures of older, albeit handsome stars, makes my point: gray hair is for the older set. You're right. I think grey does make most people look older--we naturally associate it with middle and older age. I was posting pictures of men who were prematurely gray (as in their 20-30s): Gere and Martin. I always thought Gere was very attractive even in his grey 30s. Steve Martin was grey on SNL in the 70s--since forever. I guess my point was that their grey hair did not make them look any more like Taylor Hicks than Adam's does.

Uhm where did you get Botox from? Are people now just making up stuff to get their point across source from an "Insider" Oh yeah...an "Insider"...that's always reliable information. : I'm with Mika in the fact that I see absolutely nothing wrong with botox, fillers, enhancements, etc. The only problem I have is when trolls or even fans make something like this up or present their speculations as facts. I need to hear this information directly from Adam, or it didn't happen!

I think Kelly looked older because of her dress. Especially when you're a woman and you have this color on your hair, your outfit has to be very edgy to pull this whole look off. (Gaga, Gwen Stefani) Her dress was something a very older woman would wear. Too conservative ( I admit I didn't like it in the first place) ETA I'm talking about her dress on the Elton John gala. Yes, and if you look at Katy Perry at the same event, her hair is green or lavender or pink - some ridiculous color - and she looks marvelous - and edgy and young. Kelly just looks old and matronly. She looks like her own grandmother.

The man wears Elmo and medges, and little flickering flames (translation: transition from "ring of fire" to fireworks with Queen ... too deep?), and still lots of make up ... who cares ??? :dunno: I am just glad he can ... Scarlett couldn't have her leopards(?) on diamond leashes, I am happy, Adam can have/do whatever he wants now.

Judging by the lack of reaction, I'm not the only one who can't see it... or not? Wal, have you been able to see it? How is it?

From the airport pictures I've seen the SILVER hair does not make Adam look older at all. He looks absolutely beautiful as always. I hope this color lasts awhile with maybe just a bit more depth (darkness) near the scalp.
I'm pretty damn excited to see performances with this new DO!
For a more subdued performance I'd love to see him wear the beautifully tailored gray silver suit he has. Shirt color? Hmmmmm

I don't think there is anything inherently negative at all about someone using Botox or fillers or whatever. As with anything, judicious use is best and a light touch doesn't interefere with expressiveness. Using something around Adam's age can prevent pronounced creases (like mine) . I don't know if he did/does and I realize some trolls get fans stirred up by suggesting it. I don't think it's shameful - or a LOT of people *cough* are on the shame train. He's gorgeous either way so... Whatever I don't have anything against botox or plastic surgery, but I don't like this particular rumor about anybody. This is a private thing. And I especially don't like when media ridicule people who has plastic surgery and then the next day this same media write/say some cruel things about another celebrity that "she/he look soooo old, she/he need some plastic surgery/botox". Exactly, and that is my objection. A rumor presented as a fact!

I think Adam's hair looks strange because of him being "toasted." I like his hair, I'll like it even better when his tan fades.
