fixed!! Just need to delete the "s" on "https". I doubt Justin is designing his merchandise and album covers. So perhaps whoever is designing it is copying Adam. Is this shirt real. If so, it is such a blatant copy that it is indeed very strange. In away, it is good PR for Adam as it is bound to lead to comments, and it is obvious that Adam used this imagery first. My two cents on label logistics tweet, it is one of the jobs of a label to take a little heat for things like delays to keep the fans sympathetic to the artist.

I think that Adam learned a lot from Brian and Roger. They have what Adam wants: longevity, respect, and a catalog of great music. This did not come overnight. They didn't smash onto the scene with instant number one singles on the radio. They weathered their own controversies and rises and falls of fame. And now in their sixties, with their fortunes made and their reputations as rock royalty, they are performing again for the joy of entertaining and because they love their songs and their audience. From comments Adam has made after working with Queen, I think he has a more focused perspective on the worth of his music, whether it is #1 or not. He has made a few comments about "is it a good song?" and "Do you LIKE the music?" His recent comment about enjoying being part of a great band also speaks to the lessons with Queen regarding the joy of making music. Adam also probably got a lesson in balance and savoring the moment, listening to Roger and Brian talk about their long careers, their other interests and their once-in-a-lifetime partnership with Freddie. All these things I think Adam already knew at a basic level, but were reinforced by the wisdom of two of rock's legends. Regardless of the cred the Queen concerts gave Adam, or the thrill and honor of making music with them, these life lessons were probably the most important aspect of working with Queen. I think that is reflected in his tweet about the glass half full. I love everything you said and think it puts everything that is going on in Adam's life and career into perspective. The other day in an interview he said, paraphrased, that he would look back on the Queen collabs as a "milestone" in his life. And I'm sure he will.

I am with soaked on this one - it sounded to me just as an explanation of the delay of the "a week or so"... I did not sense any frustration in it... I did not analyze it when I commented but I guess when I read it, the " What's new?" struck me as frustrated. It is a very common Jewish-American expression and "What's new?" usually accompanied by a shrug incorporates some frustration. But clearly Adam was not resigned to just giving in because he added "I'm pushin' trust me." Adam Lambert @adamlambert @spreckles single announcement got held up by some record label logistics. Whats new?! I'm pushin' trust me. Cover looks FLY though. But trust me, I did not break it apart and analyze this before I posted. I read it and, since I've heard that expression for decades, it is how I heard it. Me too, Q3! And, has Adam ever specifically blamed the label for a delay? I don't think so. I am probably "projecting" also, because RCA has done some very odd things in the past 10 months of his releases! So, they are not on my "favorites" list!

If RCA cares enough to play logistics with the single, that means they care about it. That's not bad.

Re Adam's threat to block tweets - He seems to have pretty thick skin when it comes to himself (at least he puts up a pretty good front), but when it involves those close to him - personal or professional, it's a different story.
