You know, the thing that strikes me so much in these pictures is how *comfortable* Adam and Sauli seem to be together, even with the cameras. I can't help but feel this is really important for their long-term happiness. As long as Adam's being sucessful and out in the public eye, flashbulbs are going to be part of his life. Drake always looked either miserable (or slightly manic) with the cameras flashing. I have no doubt that he was a sweet and decent guy, but he didn't like being in the glare. (Lord knows I wouldn't either! I'd burrow under a rock if any sort of pap raucousness were ever aimed at me) It takes a special kind of personality to be able to acknowledge the cameras, but not be affected by them. Add to that an apparently truly good character, and I'm extremely happy Adam and Sauli came together. So perfectly said!!! And I remember Adam saying to Perez in a serious note that the person who is with him has a lot of heavy package to carry just because he's famous and this turned a lot of people off. Adam acknowledges this and to be able to find a person who can carry on his own this heavy package is exciting. Yeah he has a heavy package to carry. Glad he found a guy who can handle his huge package. I bet Sauli likes handling his package.*runs of giggling like a 5 year old* |

In over 2 years of following Adam, he has not looked as happy as he looks in last night's photos. I don't think that he could look that good/happy if he wasn't having a great time. So nice to see.
Think about it....
12/2008 -- Adam was only known in a small circle in West LA. He had great friends but was (based on what he said in RS article) unattached.
3/2011 -- He just spent the weekend as a VIP at a Gaga event, singing with Fergie, Kate Hudson and Jake Spears at a major LA rock-oriented designer event, and hanging out with his "Viking". He is recording his second album, has a over 5 minute, unpromoted single actually getting some airplay on major US radio stations, has released a Live Concert DVD which has charted in the first 2 countries that have reported, etc.
No wonder he looks happy. Many of his dreams are actually coming true. (A few he shared in advance -- like finding his Viking.)

Some info on the Montreal Balloonfest this summer. It will be Ke$ha for the opening show, so doubt very much if Adam will be back this year.  |

I caught up a bit and saw all the great pictures from the last two events - the dinner party and the Gaga arrival.... I can't help but notice a resemblance between Jake Sheers and Sauli... When I look at Jake I see Sauli several years from now... Am I alone in this? Also, where on earth did Sauli and Katri get that sun tan? I wonder if they hit a tanning salon to look stunning while in LA... ??? Re "hitting the ceiling with his head" - well, my first thought is of course: " OMG!!! I HOPE BB DID NOT HURT HIMSELF!" - I just can't get rid of my motherly feelings...two years running now...silver pants or not... ;D |

Yes, I understand that, but according to my sources they rarely have more than one US big name during the week, mostly French artists, some big name and some not. Of course they could absolutely be wrong as things change all the time. I know last year they wanted Adam for a long time, but it took a while to get the contract signed. |
