Well, in Olympic spirit ;D
For me the gold medalist are:
Shady, Kickin in, Underneath, By the rules
Silver medalist are:
Trespassing, Naked love, Pop that lock, Broken English, Nirvana and Map
And bronze goes to:
NCOE, BTIKM, Chokehold, Outlaws of Love and Runnin
And on the 4th place (which is still good!) is:
Cuckoo, Take back

Q3--oops, By the Rules is listed twice in the poll.
It is too hard to chose just one song.

Top Tier: Shady and Runnin Beautiful runner-up's: Trespassing, Broken English, PTL, Chokehold, BTR, Underneath, OOL, (the last two though should compete in different dicipline to me) Also enjoyed every time: Cuckoo, Take back, Nirvana, Map Sometimes skipped, sometimes not: NL, KI, BTIKM, NCOE, Dislike: None, though KI did start out down here, the live performances moved it up
For me, Underneath and OOL are both beautiful, but they somehow from a listening standpoint go on a different playlist. I can play them next to KD Lang singing Halleluja or even next to Who wants to live forever, but somehow, while I totally get the two sides Adam wanted to show on his album, these last two tracks cut so deep, they they need a different atmosphere to listen to them, they are also both so intense, they really can be "painful" in an emotional intense way. When you are very sad, you cannot listen to them, the best is a more pensive or solemn mood. Obviously, when coming from the rest of the album, that is normally not where you are at.
So, I think, these tracks are great, but should just run in a separate category. So bottom-line, I am not sure that Adam's attempt to show both sides allowed him to take it that far and deep without losing the listener a bit. I think that some of the reviews that we got that just did not like the deeper tracks (Underneath and OOL) and almost made fun of them, that they just came from the party side and just could not do the emotional flip needed to take those two songs seriously.
They do deserve their separate attention though. I hope both find their way culturally. I could see a psychologist or youth group leader of teenagers using Underneath to start opening up a discussion. I could see OOL used in interpretive dance, but not in the way this Korean dance did that we saw two days ago, but rather one that allows to process the emotion experienced.

I couldn't really decide between Broken English and Shady so I took BE because shady already has so many votes I also really love pop that lock, chokehold, runnin, nirvana, map and underneath. Trespassing, cuckoo, naked love , ool, take back, btr and btikm are quite good too but I'm bored with ncoe and I can't get used to kickin in I hope shady is the new single bcuz I don't think broken english will be played a lot =(

I have several "favorites", but the only one I never, never skip is Shady. Happy or sad, that one I play.
ETA: speaking of the cd versions - live is a totally different critter, but most of the world will only hear him on cd, so I'll do that here.
