There's probably a bit of truth in the Perez statement but I doubt Adam was being obnoxious or anything.....drunk and rowdy? Perhaps...but didn't we read several tweets indicating that he was "a sweetheart" and "lovely"?? Didn't sound like anyone was bothered.
I think Perez has a love/hate relationship with Adam. He knows Adam is going to be HUGE and wants to use that relationship, but he's jealous as hell and resents Adam's good looks, talent and popularity.
On his part, Adam seems to know how to deal with Perez.....he won't alienate him because the gossip's blog is so powerful, but he doesn't take any crap either.....wonder if he'll respond. He'll probably laugh it off.

I'll tell you in my 20's I did grass and booze and partied hardy. You reach your 30's and it's over. Real Life is really kicking in at that point, and you settle down. I am lucky now if I have a drink once a year. Now if grass was easily available I might indulge. Haven't touched it in 30 years.
Adam is just enjoying his party years. More power to him.

Ha ha retribution for not going to Perezs party. I agree he's prob a bit jealous of all that's happened for Adam & gaga does know who he is & was not the least bothered by it!! And I do think Adam could be that drunk & in the moment!! ^^^^^ THIS!^^^^^ however, maybe not so drunk he had to be "removed" by security, which implies forced to leave. More likely had to be convinced to leave, or security not involved at all. We must keep in mind that Perez is a "gossip" columnist, and not necessarily "best" friends with Adam. They've had "disagreements" in the past over snarky things Perez said about him in his column. I have a vague recollection of a reference to Perez a while back where he said about him-- "Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer". When Adam wakes up will he respond on Twitter to set the record straight, or will he ignore this? ???  |

Adam have fun...party, dance & play! My old club days were some of the most fun! Yes we drank too much & dabbled, but at some point your body says enough! I wouldn't trade that fun time for anything!! I agree! I wouldn't worry about Adam's drinking. He is young and into clubbing. It will get old one day. Every one of my kids was like that. But how fast they got into the 'settling down' part when they hit 30 was mind boggling! So far, it hasn't interferred with his job. Oh, I am sure Adam was drinking a lot the night of the Jake Shears and Gaga's party, but if he was continually punching the ceiling, his hand would be way more bruised than what we have seen I think Perez "thinks" he is giving Adam a "slapdown" for not going to his BD. The absence was probably noticed by more than us. I am just guessing about the motive of Perez because I really know nothing! ;D |
