Mika-- hahaha aha. You had me going for a moment.. I, too, am a follower of the Bronx zoo snake... Damn, he's been caught? Damn.
Wonderstruck I appreciate your very sensitive and common sense point of view. I think the only thing I would say is that I do not worry about Adam precisely BECAUSE this was so out of character (if true) for him. I f we heard this stuff all the time, THEN I would worry.
Adam is doing what most of us have done in our 20s and even 30s. He's living! The story I told about the woman who crawled under the stall to get me out was incomplete. What I didn't tell you was that there were folks there who wanted to take pictures, as a joke, and this woman basically threatened to eat their children if they did so.
Imagine what would have happened today, with camera phones and twitter and twit pic and Internet gossip sites and Facebook.
We've all, or most of us, been as wild or more as Adam. The difference is our youthful escapades weren't put out there and scrutinized by millions in a scandal-hungry world.
