Thanks everyone. A great present would be the down and dirty version of what's happened in Adamland. Anything? Hmm....lemme think. Perez got snarky on the radio and said that Adam was drunk at Gaga's party and was asked to leave. We ate popcorn and recounted all our drunk-as-a-skunk stories. Aftermath made #2 on Phily's Top 8 at 8. Oh, and apparently there were some new pics of Adam and Sauli and another good review for the DVD. And we're in the process of wishing you Happy Birthday. That's it! ;D ETA: Oh! And Adam tweeted "Rock and Roll, baby!!" and Perez tweeted him back. ETA2: Oh, and they found the Bronx Zoo Cobra...but not before mika compared him to Perze (which apparently means something quite naughty in Finnish!) Perfect recap Hoppers!  |

I enjoyed reading the drunk stories. I was a goody two shoes geek growing up. I didn't get drunk until several years into my first job after graduating from college. I was not nearly as badass an engineer as HSM.
In fact, since I had never been drunk before, I decided to find out what it was like. My company softball team lost the championship so my married girlfrienc and I went to her place. She was going to help me get drunk and high. So we proceeded with wine and MJ. I am such a geek that I can remember analyzes the effects after each drink and each toke. That is until the room begin to spin and everthing was funny. I slept over at her place and was miserably sick the next day. My conclusion, getting there was fun, but the aftermath wasn't worth it. Since then, buzzed is cool, but drunk, I'll pass.

It's almost as if the universe cannot take too much good Adam news and needs to issue a correction every now and then. Fascinating! As for me, I am a staid English woman with a v serious job. Once when I was younger I went with my football playing husband to a celebration for a big win. I got very drunk but he didn't want to leave the party so he hung me on a hook by the door and picked me up on the way out. It was no night with Telly Savalas, but I'm still a bit proud of it. I love this story. ;D Does Gaga have this influence on Adam? Her performance wound him up just before his AMA performance. Adam and his fanboi crush partying with Gaga anxiously awaiting his boy to arrive. This is why we love our boy who isn't always cool. Can you imagine the dorky embarrassing things we would do if given a chance to be at Adam's private party? |
