[grumbles and goes to look for something more nourishing than popcorn]  Gonna need protein today. ETA: For those who want, I'm leaving a batch of antacid lollys in the bucket. Look under the "Perze" dartboard on the wall. Its oriented the way you think.  Anyone who hits the bulls"eye" can get an extra lolly of their choosing. ;D I'm heading to work. Have fun! can I have a few vodka ones to remind me of my drinking days..a long time ago..change that to a wine cooler, please..can't handle vodka anymore thanks hoppers, think I have one lolly too .... and the dartboard idea is genius .. think that's what I just need. The Finnish tabloid news was just too much :( Never a dull day in Adamland. :-/ |

Thanks for the replies ,feel better about Sauli's family. I was just thinking,dangerous,that this is the second time Adam makes the news over Gaga , First The AMAs now her party. Both times Adam was the lead story. Hmm maybe he is doing something right.

out of lurking with my thoughts ,(will prob have to stay there for a long time after ive given themLOL)
i just think this is (deliberate or not,most likley not)total pr genius because its gaga this will spead and rapid, some of you have said adam needs to attract younger fans ,and some of the younger ones didnt see him as cool.
younger people like edgier stars (mine does )this is publicity and there is no such thing as bad publicity
as a teen and older we followed the bands who trashed up hotels wrecked their guitars on stage, much more fun than the vannilla guys,ever heard the expresion "ive been thrown out of better parties " well beat that one

Seems like Perez did his normal embellishment on that Adam story but I know that at least this much is true: Adam did arrive at the Party with Scissors Sisters and was not on the list. Adam did punch a hole in the ceiling. The Semi-Precious Weapons did interrupt their performance because of the ceiling commotion. And they mentioned Adam. And that security was involved in some way -- and Adam left before the party ended. Perez does put an edge on what he says and writes, but he is rarely wrong and usually reports only what he can verify or has seen. And he usually does not "tell all". Some of the embellishments -- like the demonic staredown with Gaga -- are certainly Perez' interpretation of events and may or may not be true. But the basic facts appear to be real. Doesn't seem like a big deal one way or the other to me. OK - I've been basically ignoring this whole commotion since I think it is pretty stupid to get worked up over this stuff (Bruno Mars was ARESTED for cocaine possession and there was less fuss!) but I would like to point out the "Spin" is everything here. Perez put his spin on it and the same set of facts could be spun completely different. Here's my example: Jake invites a group from his party (AFL, Fergie, Kate Hudson) to head over to GaGa's party with him - needless to say, they think that is a great idea and go. (So no "crashing" the party since they were invited by Jake). Adam manages to punch his fist through the ceiling - dumb, but not like he did it on purpose. Guy from SPW, who has already been a clear jerk about AFL, makes a snide comment from the stage. Security/Management comes to check out the ceiling - I would certainly hope they would! They need to make sure no one is hurt and that more of the ceiling isn't going to come down! AFL realises he has hurt his hand (some of the photos look like there are cuts/scrapes so it may well have been bleeding) and decides to call it a night and head out. Same set of facts, totally different interpretation. (However, my version fits a lot better with the tweets that came from the party that night - none of which were about AFL being a jerk, being thrown out, etc.) |

tantunAw bb please dont feel sad.... Adam knows this. The bigger star he gets the bigger the gossip. He will sit at a restaurant maybe have an argument with Sauli and the tabloids will say "THE END OF THE RELATIONSHIP!!!" We follow a superstar tantun!!!!Please remember this.

Adam's Pavlovian response when around Ga Ga... she just brings out the wild side. Two people to avoid Adam, are Gaga and Perez. OK moving on That, a low ceiling and his dance moves when he gets excited-  I don't think he even needed a drink for him to punch a hole in the ceiling. |

Folks, I really can't understand the angst...From my POV: celebrities live on being in the press --> Adam is a celebrity ----> he needs to be in the press (he needs it for the success of his career)----> press loves "controversy" ------> Perez helped Adam to be in the press -----> thank you Perez. I see absolutely NOTHING "bad" about this silly incident. He gets mentioned in the same sentence/articles with Gaga, which attracts attention of millions more people, gets into the Gaga Google searches...how is this 'bad'? Those who would "reject" him because of this particular incident (if there are any) are gone since the AMAs... ADAM ALWAYS WINS! |
