Okay, wut? Did we all already know that Adam and Paris' picture is the first one on Billboard's homepage? It came up as the 2nd pic for me, after some band. Again, very cool! Thanks for posting, don't think we all knew this. eta: Band is MatchBox 20, never heard of them. Are you joking about MatchBox 20? Knowing who they are makes me feel old. I might recognize one of their songs if I heard it, but don't recognize the name or the faces. It's very secluded out here in West Texas, especially when you are married to a cowboy that only listens to country music........... eta: listened to that song, never heard it before. Also noticed that this band's MV's only have about 5 mil views, even the older ones. Yet they have the #1 Album this week, with over 95,000 copies sold. They must be well known and have a good following. |

JOB POSTING: Lint and stray-hair picker-upper for A. Lambert.
Duties: Must follow A. Lambert around on all official outings/red carpet appearances and hover backstage during all concerts in all countries with lint roller in hand. Must have excellent eyesight, and be tall enough to spot every speck and stray hair on shoulder area of 6' 1" man.
Salary to be negotiated. OK - how much would any of us pay to have that job? ;D |

They must be well known and have a good following. I hope you know I wasn't snarking at you. They are one of those band that hit my consciousness a decade ago for whatever reason. I think the video was posted 10 years after the song was released, so I'm actually impressed to see there are 5m hits. They are a band with mid level success. If I remember correctly, Rob Thomas went out and did hit own thing for a while and has done quite a bit of writing. I'm just really surprised that the band has released anything new. I'll have to go check them out. |
