Been trying to catch up the last few days news threads by skimming thru backwards....
Ooooops! missed the pre-sale this morning! But, why wasn't the pre-sale on the official fan club site as it should/always was, instead, linked to Ticketmaster thru a fan board, AFLC?? And, peeps paying $150 for a face value of $20 ticket?? Does this $150 include meet&greet, etc.??
I'm not a member of AFLC, mys*&@^#r or anyone who is please let me know if this pre-sale is till on and the password, thanks a million!

The presale was thru the fan site and on the fan site, just like all the recent presales. There was a ticketmaster presale for people who had a password from the fair, but it had nothing to do with the fan presale. the tickets are $40 and that includes fair admission (which is required for the concert.) If you want to go to Ticketmaster and use the fair password it is: fairfan12Or, you might want to wait until Sat. Presales usually have a limited supply of good seats, and I am guessing those are all gone. There will probably be better seats Saturday.  |

Oh, don't worry about me, guys! Adam is my hobby! I have an amazing real life! If (big "if") Adam doesn't get this, I will be fine! I will move on faster than you can say "no more Idol!" ;D I just got frickin awesome tickets for the AZ concert and am going with my favorite So Cal Adam fans! Woo-hoo!! I know, my co-worker damn near had a meltdown when I told him that I got tickets. hahaha. He doesn't even have a passport yet, (soon to be rectified, I assure you! ha) |

Does Idol start January/February? I just read that Keith Urban is touring OZ in January/February.

Does Idol start January/February? I just read that Keith Urban is touring OZ in January/February. Live shows will start the very end of Feb or right around March 1st. Up until then everything is taped. The busiest period will be these city auditions. As soon as they get them started, it will be about 3 weeks straight. Then there will be a break and they will do Hollywood week, probably in Dec (also taped.) The show will start around 2nd-3rd week of January but they will just be all the taped audiitons for about 6 weeks. |

Old topic from a previous thread -- I've been going back and catching up and read with interest that Adam cannot read music. I was very suprised but then caught myself. I do read music and am very good at counting and have come to realize that it's a hinderance -- sort of like coloring within the lines. I would much rather be able to hear the notes instead of play the written notes. It gives you the ability to go wherever you want. I would imagine the hard part is backing someone who doesn't stay within the lines Anyways, I envy that he never learned the "rules", I wish I hadn't. But . . . one can both read music and go with the flow. Two skills that many musicians I admire have (not me--stuck to the page). |
