Nica, it is a soap, so I assume it was on the background and the glambert recognized it. Maybe nationalglampoon can help with a clip? I know YT channels that post EastEnders and Emmerdale, but unfortunately not this show - and the copyright is strict with these, they use pseudonyms etc. tx...I see... Is there a site for this show? Many shows carry the recent episodes on-line... Was it NCOE that was played? anyone? |

......one LAST thought on AI......I think Adam knew quite awhile ago about the judge selection. I do not think not for a minute that he is "gutted" in any way. Any thoughts on this must surely be projections on how we might feel if it happened to us. He's in the biz, probs sees it as a positive sign that his name was being considered, lost out, moved on. He may be a little suprised at how hard some fans are taking it -- he may not share his future hopes for the universe because of it -- or else, he did realize there would be disappointment in the realm and brought the fanvid contest to our attention. Whatever. Makes no difference to me. The lack of enthusiasm and fanfare associated with the judges announcement is reason enough for me to be very glad he's not in the mix. #ibelieveinAdamLambert.....  |

I was on #TeamIBelieve because of Adam's "body language", all bubbly and happy. I noticed he wasn't as "bright" at Fashion Week and I started to have my doubts, but once on #TeamIBelieve, always on #TeamIBelieve. I do have a question for the Ninjas though; what do you think the American Idol and Mariah Carey "twitter follow" by Adam was all about? (I hope this is okay to ask on the news thread.)

After watching the interviews of the new judges yesterday, the panel could have used someone like Adam who was articulate and could express themselves well. I will have to say that Mariah is the most articulate one of the bunch. I'll still watch the show, but I plan to do my part! This year, I'm going all out and voting like mad for the WGWG!! ;D  |

If we assume that he arranged the Trespassing Video Contest as a fan distraction, then he must have known before September 6, when the single had been announced and the contest together with it. When some of you suggested here that the contest was actually a planned distraction, I was taken aback a bit by the idea, not convinced that Adam can be that 'premeditated'. But then it occured to me that it was so like him, to know that some of us would be really upset by him not getting the AI thing... It's so like him to care about his fans' feelings. I think he really does. I don't say that he's unaware of the benefits of the contest, media-wise, I just like to think that the incentive for the whole idea came from him thinking about his fans. But nothing could have prepared me for the way he had handled the whole contest, gracefully, carefully, respectfully, turning the attention of all of us to the important stuff like music, creativity, fun, fan love, love love... away from the maddening crowd... He never fails to amaze as a human being and I am amazed by myself for constantly being amazed by him... so, it's all, you know, just amazing, lol And the whole contest was absolutely the best friggin comment without the actual the comment on the AI thing. |

It's a new day It's a new dawn ...... sooo...question to the mods again: how long will we consider the AI discussion Adam related? I also don't want to know if anyone is articulate, shows up naked, or happens to be a gift from god to AI. Scrolling does not work unless its a long post and the AI topic is clear from the beginning ... |
