Sorry guys. RL hit me with a ton of bricks. The first round came while I was completely off the grid, and by the time I got computer access again, I didn’t have time to breathe.
[sighs]
Multiple family members needing surgery for different things. My father is still in the hospital. Was hoping he’d be out by now, but no. Brought Rosh Hashanna dinner to the hospital last night, invited anyone still stuck there to celebrate with us. Plus TONS of cookies for the nurses.
[snorts wryly] My kidlet started school this month. Not an item on her back was bought by me (hooray for MILs coming through in the clutch). Did buy her a packback (go me and hooray for local stores being open until midnight).
