I was also wondering if radio would bleep out the word ass. In answer to your question dyg, it is considered vulgar when used to describe your bottom. I think it is one of those words that is becoming more mainstream, but its use can still shock some people. I'm also really happy to see Animated back bringing us wonderful art! Thank you. I don't mind the bleeping out so much, provided they play the song. Re 'ass', I think it does not strictly refer to the body part in Trespassing. Doesn't 'my ass' express something like 'disapproval, disagreement, or disbelief, with a tone of disregard, disdain, or disgust' ( web definition)... Like hell they're going to tell him not to trespass... deny him access... something like that. But it's bleeped out regardless. Whatever. Can't believe "my ass" is a problem anywhere when songs like say, "Rude Boy" are hits. But whatever. Bleep away, ye brave captains of radio. Maybe Adam could make another radio edit and dub something in for the faint-hearted program directors -- I nominate "oofta." LOL. |

You gotta admit, "no trespassers, yeah......my foot" would be a hoot on radio!  J/K! It would sound silly, but running it over through my head made me laugh!

For some reason thesecondreport.com has posted this now (it is on twitter, too) although it was uploaded to YT a year ago. It is a nice talk and maybe new to some. MTV - Talk at Playground where Adam and Jonny Cota, Skingraft, are having a discussion.
