Now this is the type of thing I want Adam to be free and feel free to support. Much more important than that other gig we thought he might accept. What do you mean, cassie? What other gig? Oh, you know. The job that has been mentioned perhaps a couple (hundred)of times in the past two months. Some say he was not chosen in the end, but I have decided to believe it was HIS choice. |

I saw something yesterday about NCOE vs. 'Ghosts and Stuff' but didn't investigate further nor bring the tweets over. There is always some blaming and hating going on and as I am not familiar with all names, nicks and songs I didn't think twice about it. Now it seems to be 'news'. DJ: Lambert song a 'blatant ripoff' (Sep 18, 2012) www.lvrj.com/news/dj-lambert-song-a-blatant-ripoff-170143846.htmlThis is the music by the name mentioned that came up first on YT search www.youtube.com/watch?v=QV8eiSA4vqcOkay.. couldn't find the link to listen to the song, but my question will be: When this Ghost song is written & release? NCOE demo has been on YT for quite sometimes before it's been picked up by RCA for Adam .. so who's copying who? |

My favorite quote from this article. The KID was the executive producer (and same age as Deadmau5). I can hear that some of the synth sounds at the beginning of the song are similar. I don't hear a similarity in the melodies. I only listened to Deadmau5 once and it doesn't have much of a melody. No surprise the chords are similar because many popular songs have the same chords--nature of the beast. I also had to chuckle that the author of this article tweeted Adam for a response. I wonder if he really thinks he'll get an answer from someone with close to 2 mil followers. IMO Deadmau5 guy so... arogance, he said they just pay the kid to show up and sing... like Adam is a session singer who lent his voice to do a demo song; showed up at the studio and sing and get paid. :-/. He can words his statement better.. JMHO |

I see...I didn't think of it as the two cannot be compared on any level IMO: career-wise - AI hands down; Progress flag bearer - this gig hands down... Unfortunately for me I do not believe it was his choice at all |

Hi Everyone, I have a favor to ask. Trying to impress a co-worker. I had told him about QAL, the only thing I had sent him of Adam years ago was Brigadoon (which he said wow, he's like Pavarotti). He wants to see some QAL vids and I asked him which songs he wants to see. Could you tell me what are the best versions of the following:
