So, what say ye wise ones?? Will this 9:30 Club gig be just Adam with Brian on keys or with the full band? Man.....I wish it was with the full band. When he does these gigs with only Brian, he almost always just sits on a stool and wiggles around. Don't get me wrong, his wiggles are mighty fine, but I love his performances even more with the full band as he plays off of them and works the entire stage with all those struts and thrusts and sexy dance moves!!! And after what we just went through these past few days, I sure could use some of that.....  I don't think they'd let him get away with sitting on a stool at the 9:30 club. It's pretty wide open. |

Okay, Marriage Equality is on the ballot here in Washington State as well-- so who do I need to call to get Adam here for a fundraiser...hmmm.... Maine too!! |

Hi Everyone, I have a favor to ask. Trying to impress a co-worker. I had told him about QAL, the only thing I had sent him of Adam years ago was Brigadoon (which he said wow, he's like Pavarotti). He wants to see some QAL vids and I asked him which songs he wants to see. Could you tell me what are the best versions of the following: bohemian rhapsody we will rock you another one bits the dust we are the champions somebody to love I'd like to knock his socks off. Thanks so much. The vids from Kiev are really great in sound and video quality because it was professionally recorded, and this youtuber separated the concert into individual songs, so it's easy to find the song you want to watch. www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2sAP67AVfgI also recommend Kiev for the professional quality. Someone commented during the summer here at Atop that they tried showing some friends fan videos of QAL and the friends couldn't stand it. We kind of get used to the shakey, poor sound, out of focus qualities of many videos. But only on a rare occasion would I introduce someone to Adam using a fan video. Risky in my opinion. Note: I would not link Kiev "Someone to Love" because of the significant pitch issues toward the end. |
