They have a clicking contest (type Chicago UmixIT) in Johannesburg, South Africa, station 947 Highveld and NCOE is in the list. www.highveld.co.za/competitions/solo/Ldr/main.aspThe site works a bit oddly, every time I click it opens a new window... When it's over (in an hour I guess) they have the usual thumbs up LDR system and Trespassing is there. So if this whacking does not work out, you might want to go back and request TP. No wacky online radio strategy over the holiday freeze (BTIKM) and no move straight to Pop (NCOE -- trying to replicate what happened with WWFM -- Bruno = Pink in the replication.) It appears that they are going to HAC stations which mostly play Pop (genre) music and which is Adam's strongest format. With proof it is a hit in the making, they will push Tres to Top 40/CHR stations AKA Pop as in Popular music. CHR -- Contemporary Hits Radio -- format stations play HITS many of which happen to be Pop genre music -- but many are not. Adam is not an established radio hitmaker like Katie, Rihanna, Gaga, Pink, Kelly C, Ke$ha, Bruno, Maroon 5, Train, Taylor, Justin, Flo Rida, Nicki, David Guetta, etc. This is going to be really hard because there is a lot of competition.
Trespassing is going for HAC Adds on October 2, 2012ETA: I head this from a PD have not seen it online on All Access or FMBQ. Trying to confirm. |
