I can vote once an hour but more than that it says that they've already counted my vote. So I don't think it counts & they don't want you to vote that way.

Did you read the message after voting? If you vote too soon, it says: "Thank you, we have already counted your vote." (After first vote there is something like "Thank you for your vote.") lol And here I was, voting and voting and voting. :-/ Thank you, Belle. I would have kept at it forever if it hadn't been for you.  You're welcome! I want to add that for me it is not exactly one hour, sometimes a lot more, when my vote is accepted... |

Just to clarify, Adam Roseman is the founder of @fans堂 which is based in HongKong and provides the service and promo for their foreign clients in China, Adam himself is based in Shanghai.
Larry Namer is the CEO of E! Entertainment and he promotes Pop culture in general on his weibo, hence, the Gossip Boy.

This is the welcome banner our Chinese glamberts will be holding at Shanghai airport, on the 28th if you go by the word on the streets. 
They're quite an organized bunch, sooo excited and unbelievably thrilled to see Adam! So happy for them!
