He tracked him down. There is an O. Henry-like twist when you find out who it is. Longish but worth it. I think Mr. Traynor was/is far too kind to the kid. The way the boy kept escalating, the next thing on the front porch might have been a dead pet. I think the authorities should know about this boy. |

Adam is getting a lot of great press from last night's event.  yes, and I am hoping for more mainstream coverage as so far the vast majority was in the LGBT publications. He did get a lot of press in the mainstream press before the concert. I'm very happy for the love he's getting from the LGBT publications,he needs their support. The gay community has backed so many female singers,like Madonna,Lady Gaga,etc. Adam hopefully will engage his community. He is helping to lead the way in breaking down that glass ceiling in the music business. IMHO , the very least the LGBT community can do is buy his music,even if he's not their favorite performer. Supporting one of their own, helps the whole community. |

Leader of the Pack!! ;D Did he fly coach, I wonder? Is your Q based on something in the picture? Interesting... Dunno the differences between coach and first class ( I've never flown in a plane) Adam is the leader of the pack incarnated. It is based on the fact that even when he is on the same plane as the band he is always by himself checking in, etc. Using first class checkin sometimes even. Unusual to see them all together. |

I hope they were forthcoming from the boy's parents ... who interestingly enough were "not surprised" and wanted to contact the authorities. |

Okay, so I wrote a Twitlonger to a Spanish LGBT blog I usually read. I've written to them several times about Adam, and I've never gotten an answer (even though they loved him on Idol), but whatever, I just had to try again.
I fucking wrote the article myself, with sources, quotes and everything. I told them about Question 6, about what it would mean, and then I wrote about last night. I added the video of Outlaws of Love with the speech, and I also mentioned briefly Adam's mini-tour with Queen and his number 1 album (and the fact that he's the first openly gay artist to debut number 1 on Billboard).
I don't think they will answer or publish it, but hell, I had to try.

I don't think that we can say that being gay doesn't make it more difficult for Adam to get his song on the radio. His image still gets a lot of side eyeing. Lots because of being from Idol but IMO also because of his "flamboyant" image. It is not cool in the us to be a glambert ( I know you all are gonna give me shit for that) and it's not easy to pin it all on one thing--or his songs. Last I heard, Adam would agree with me that it is an issue. Thus, he trespasses!
