Regarding the negative tweets -- I am not finding many but there are hundreds of positive tweets for every negative tweet. Not everyone is going to love Adam or any other performer. Anyway -- most of the negative tweets about Adam in the past hour are RT's by fans responding to negative tweet. 1 negative tweet got 23 responses. I wish people would stop doing this. The haters or trolls (and this one was a troll who is a FOOs) just do it to get a response. Here is another example: 1. A negative tweet: I really dislike Adam lambert 2. A response classified as negative by sentiment measurement: #IHatePeopleWho dislike Adam lambert. (Because it is negative.) 3 at least 14: 11 retweets so far -- all classified as negative. RT @sweizzglambert: RT @sweizzglambert: #IHatePeopleWho dislike Adam lambert. Also this tweet gets classified as negative.... @adamlambert sucks we live in a country that claims we have freedom, yet, LGBT bros & sisters have no freedom to marry..this needs to change. With that... in the past hour... "Adam Lambert" 74% positive tweets "@adamlambert" 86% positive tweets I thought/tried to make this really clear...the question I was asking had NOTHING to do with Adam, to the best of my knowledge, other than they were scrolling across a screen that Adam had filled an hour earlier. I saw the masses of tweets going across the screen constantly and they were all in Chinese script...but for 2 of them...the ones I commented on...which were rude and in English. At the time I saw these tweets, Adam had already left the building....they were about the Voice in general....and I was curious if the Chinese tweets were equally negative. That is all. Not about Adam haters at all.....I am just surprised if they were all as rude as the two English ones, I would not have expected the TV corp to continuously broadcast them. If they only let the rude English ones pass...well that would be a surprise but a significant one and highly unlikely. I was just curious. But I don't like my original to seem what looks like a dig at FOOS of others or to be attached to Adam as I have specifically said it was not about Adam, a few times now. sorry....did not mean to be confusing.. |

I think the topic and his thoughts are very interesting and I would love to hear everyone's take ...

Just not a lot of negative tweets. Sorry for not being clearer. I will say, Kris Allen did at least one great thing -- he coined the perfect expression "Twitter is the devil."  I really love Twitter and its clones but it is easy to this it represents the world or that people are even honest there. |

If you want to do something to promote Adam to SNL -- here is where to do it. The show actually asked for help in their blog. One day a month -- not today -- they want suggestions: once a month we'll chose a day and open the floor to your suggestions on Facebook and Twitter. If you're on Facebook, you can simply leave a comment on our "Suggestion" post and if you're on Twitter, tweet us your suggestion on the designated day with the hash tag #SNLHost or #SNLMusic. Think I found the names of the finalists in The Voice of China from their official site, this is what Google translator gave me: Liang Bo (guy with guitar) was the winner over Wu Ma (girl in the white dress). The other two finalists were Jike Juan Plaza (girl with colourful dress) and Jin Zhiwen (guy with spectacles). Congratulations to Liang Bo for his win!!! Now that I have watched the videos and was able to congratulate properly I am ready to move on. More voting and waiting for Rove LA ETA Oops, one more thing about the Voice. I did not see the interview part just after singing Trespassing in any of the videos I had picked. Does anyone have that at hand? ... Also still a bit amazed how well Adam sang, that was very well done! |
