I bet Adam has lots of 'famous' friends,people who really like him and like to be with him.Maybe Adam's definition of friend is much more of an intimate,a tried and true friend that he spends time with, goes out with and totally trusts. I have read that San Sparrow thinks of Adam as a friend,Queen folks,Katy ,many who say Adam is their friend,in the Hollywood,entertainment type friend .I don't think Adam throws the word friend around lightly. When he says he doesn't think some famous people think of him as a friend,It makes me all sad inside. But there are friends(acquaintances) and then there are FRIENDS.JMHO. It doesn't make me sad because I think he distinguishes between friends and acquaintahncs, as you said. Plus the most famous person who probably really is a friend is Katy Perry. I don't think he could have said her name! Although, it might have been kind of funny if he had! (NOT!) ETA: Perpetual hope comment was edited and taken completely out of context. Her reply was to something Adam said that got cut, not to Rove's question. He said, "Original Glamberts know I am fullfag. But yes, after shows there are ladies trying to get to me." that is when Glenda, who is sweet and not one bit delusional said, "There is always perpetual hope." Really, the mic was stuck in front of her face and she responded. Not even a second to think. She is a sweet, sweet woman who is not a stalker or a delusional fan! Trust me, she's a "good guy." |

LOL just finished watching Adam on Rove LA , THAT WAS SOME HILARIOUS SHIT !!

Good morning!  Continuing from last night... .150,663!! ;D I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the Rove show since I really don't like watching RB. Adam was great and looked like he was enjoying himself. After RB came back on set after shaving the guys beard and interrupted Adams story, when they cut away to commercial I saw the host lean into Adam and say something and it looked like Adam was saying something like..'Oh that's OK it really wasn't that funny'. So I'm guessing Rove apologized about the interruption by RB. Did anyone else notice this on the video...or am I wrong here? Gotta go do RL stuff. BBL. Yes, Rove did apologize for the interruption |

I think the glambert handled everything wonderfully and I give kudos to how the show was edited here and all throughout to get the original intentions across. The message I got was that true fans respect his homosexuality but can't help being turned on by him. That about sums it up to me.
I re-watched the show and am even more impressed the second time. Adam sat up there with 3 people who make a living being funny on camera. He more than held his own. In fact you could probably argue that everything he said that was meant to be funny, was. Not so true for the other two guests. Considering how much time I imagine Russell demanded, they edited it very generously for Adam.
He fits right into situations masterfully and genuinely, whether he is with an 80 year old Chinese women or sharing a couch with Russell Brand and everything in between. Is there nothing he can't do?
