I wonder if that number only counted live phone call requests? I can't say -- it was just a brief comment in a conversation on another subject. My guess is that it was about 6 vs. exactly 6. ** Just speaking for myself, I admit that I have not been requesting at my local stations by focused on UMitIt and other contests. Well I do request locally..probaly one of the six. been doing it daily. Also do a lot on-line as it crops up and definitely click the ones where it doesn't matter where u vote from. it seems Canada is doing a decent job, but it still needs to pick up there too. It's a part-time job. Do other fan bases really do this? |

Yay! But this is why I'm clueless!! HAC or Top 40????? Radio Alice??? They really do love Adam and they will play Trespassing -- I have no doubt. Give them a week and then E-Mail them again. It is an HAC (Hot AC) -- this is the radio format that is most likely to play Trespassing in the next few weeks.  Tryin! You bet I'll email! |

I must one of the six, because I have been requesting daily. If they are not playing the song , then peeps don't hear and can't request. Star 941Atlanta don't have a request thumb on their site. So I use twitter. Neither does Q100Atlanta, but I am requesting daily. There is a new station in Atlanta, top40, but I need to see the advert again. I think it's 90.1 or 90.5, but when I checked these were college stations, so I need to listen to the advert. They have TS, Adam L, Celo, Katy Perry, xtina all in the commercial plugging the station. It's a new Clear Channel station that changed format to top 40 about six weeks ago. Also not on the Request Adam or Radio Request Info lists, but where "Trespassing" could fit, is Wild Atlanta 105.7/96.7 (simulcast): www.wildatlanta.com/main.html , twitter.com/WildAtlanta , www.facebook.com/wildatlanta Request Line: 404-741-1057. One of the DJs also gives his text number: www.wildatlanta.com/pages/JoeBreezy.htmlQ100 has a new, spin-off sister station, 97.9, but it mostly plays top 20 (with some new music thrown in). B98.5 ( www.b985.com ) has been a stable radio station in Atlanta for decades. Long ago it was similar to Star 94, then they started to mostly play oldies. But now I think they're shifting their format slightly to include more contemporary music. The station probably would have been a good fit for BTIKM. I don't know, they might consider playing "Trespassing." (I think after Thanksgiving they will only be playing holiday music until the end of the year.) |

Looks like Trespassing was played already on UMix. Seems funny when everyone was posting about radio play for the last little while. I am absolutely convinced that clicking has nothing to do with what is being played. I think yesterday's idea of testing and not wacking one night would be great. Can we designate tomorrow night as a NO-WACKING test? Adam has been played every night since Trespassing was added to U Mix It. There are many, many songs that do not get played at all. Adam was played twice last night and very quickly tonight. I think there might be some manipulation happening, but wacks do seem to count IMO. |

I don't know where else to go with this so I am bringing it here. PBS is doing a significant and horrific character assassination of Obama in what they are calling a "documentary" I will never, ever trust PBS again. I feel deeply betrayed. They are using classic emotion tactics to destroy people's image of Obama and build up the image of Romney, making Obama out to be an untrustworthy, bastard child, loner and Romney a well raised, trustworthy, man that everyone should look up to. I truly trusted PBS before this. I am deeply, deeply upset.

Q3, do you know if the remixes will count as sales for the Trespassing single?
ETA: Also, since the physical EP from AO is not shipping until Nov 6th, does it count in first week sales or the week of Nov 6th sales?

The Gaga fans have made requesting an art form -- check out this Mediabase request system. kingdomgaga.com/request/mtn/ ** Trespassing remixes count as single sales IF you buy the single track. The EP will chart as an album. Billboard (Soundscan) reports the EP as sold on the day that it was expected to be delivered. |
