me too! they already had Biebs (I hear) and they had Carmin... would they have Biebs every other week? - I think its possible.... I don't watch the show but I have a question. Do people like Bieber and Carmin sing live on it or do they lip sync? Lip sync |

What do you call it when the singer sings live, with the mike turned down low, and a backing track of their recording vocal turned up? Don't know about this show, but I have seen others where this method of "live" singing is employed. You can kinda tell when they stop singing for a few bars to do some choreography and there is no difference in the sound of the lead vocals. |

Cassie, you should see one of the video from Melbourne, I think it's IIHY, where Adam was jumping and while he's still jumping he did his vocal acrobatic (high notes). I had to rewind the YT couple of times just to make sure that he did both things.. LOL. Usually when he does his high notes he stays in one spot.. but this time.. |

I don't think Beibs ever sings live. I have seen lots of artists sing live on DWTS though.
cassie, I think the answer to your question is singing with a backing trcak.
