My vote is for a Trespassing tour. I just watched the GNT DVD yesterday - OMG!! It got me so excited for what is to come. Adam is so great live. I just want to see what he comes up with next for a tour idea. Of course, Queen would be great but I really wonder how many cross over fans that would gain for him. Of course for all the selfish reasons in the world I would want to see a Queen tour happen too!

Shosh likes this insurance thingy, tweeting all news about it My guess is the insurance thing was a requirement of a tour promoter they are working with ... the same as movie companies require insurance on their leading actors when the start a project. That's my story and I'm sticking with it! ;D |

Adam's voice is ultimate for rock opera. js.  I can't even imagine! How great would that be! Who would write it, what would it be about? Not like Hair, more like Tommy? |

Apparently twitter is abuzz with the fact that Bruno ars was interviewed this morning and asked if he wrote songs for other people. His response was KMSþ@kms15423 chunkeymonkey81 He was asked if he wrote for anyone else and said no, not really. #shorttermmemoryproblems Adam fans are up in arms. Well, he didn't write it FOR Adam. He wrote it for himself and then never used it. Someone just picked it up for Adam. I don't get the problem with his answer. And totally unpopular opinion, but I think Adam ought to do a few one-offs and scrap the idea of a major Trespassing tour. He has no hit song and the album has been off the BB chart for months. The last thing he needs is to disappear for 3 to 6 months. I would rather his management/label work on some more high profile things and simply get him actively involved in a new strategy (collabs, features, etc.) IF, Trespassing takes off or he gets a Grammy nom, that might change my opinion on a tour. I do get where you are coming from but I had a totally different thought yesterday. I think the tours generate buzz and those people who have been curious about him would have an opportunity to see for themselves. The one-offs seem to be connected with family friendly venues and, pardon me, but I'd like to see Adam playing to a more cosmopolitan crowd. Also, he is so at his best live and, I don't know, his GNT seemed to build momentum as word got out that it was a must see performance. I don't know, I just don't like the state fairs and theme parks. |
