I want to make conclusions  Aug 9 - Dougie Doug@dougiesauris Looks like Queen is reserving more venues for a 2013 tour. Michelle@baking4fun Oct 13 - baking4fun @dougiesauris whatever happened with the Queen tour.. still happening? Can we get a season? A continent?  OCT 14- Dougie Doug@dougiesauris @baking4fun news is coming, be patient We're not sure if this is for Queen or for Queen Extravaganza. I doubt that Dougiesauris knows exactly what's that for. :-/ |

I rarely talk about this forum in the news thread but I will today because it seems appropriate.
This forum is committed to two principles -- the first is freedom of expression. With that freedom comes emotion, deep relationships, joy, and some amazing moments.
The second principle is respect for each other and for different perspectives. Occasionally, a post that was intended to be witty or humorous is perceived by many members as offensive. The mods are instructed to delete these posts and PM the member with an explanation.
We delete very few posts at ATop. We rarely ban anyone. But I am committed to maintaining a pleasant place when Adam fans can discuss and share everything Adam.
BACK TO MORE IMPORTANT MATTERS
For over three years I have supported Adam hoping for a single that I could truly love and support without reservation.
With Trespassing I have that single.
I am determined to do whatever I can to make this song a hit.
So, I have a request. In the run-up to this great track's release on iTunes can we keep our focus on the prize!! (Thank you Madonna!)

My take on the insurance is that it is a PR planted story that may be true. Timing with the Trespassing EP release seems like a plan.

I really don't understand her reason for leaving. Most of us have had a bit of a knuckle rap at some point. No one is above a bit of correction. It smarts for a minute but then we go on as mature adults. Why pick up our pails and shovels and just leave the sandbox. I think it's sad when someone just chooses to walk away. That's the way I see it anyway. But we each must do what we must do. That is life. Me neither. TBH, I've been repremanded by the mod too, and I really felt unfair at that time. I wanted to argue with them 'cause they misinterpreted my messages. But then I thought: what's the point. They've got tons of work to do with this forum, and it's nothing unusual that they don't get me. So it would be a waste of time and energy for me and for them if I take things like that too personal. Don't we have something in common that is the interest in this man? It might be better to focus on the common thing and move on. Also tbh, I admire the mods' efforts and committement to maintain this board. I wouldn't be able to do like them even though I love Adam as much as they do. |

I've been waiting for a single that I would love since the FYE got dropped and WWFM took over! Tomorrow is a very important day! Do we need to have specific HOURS/TIME for the purchases? Aren't iTunes release their stats by hour? I have two iTunes accounts ready for downloads. I donated. I volunteered as a giftee. I have my Amazon ready for the EP download. I e-mailed my Glambert friends asking to do their part tomorrow. I am spinning Vevo - about once/hour. I am spinning Spotify as much as I can. I text request three times/day. ETA: I thumbs up and vote on every site we have a link posted! What else can I be doing??? |
