www.queenonline.com/en/news-archive/spike-edney-newsletter/QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT After one week into the Extravaganza tour, Roger and I rushed back to London to rehearse with the fabulously talented Adam Lambert. This guy is one of the most naturally charismatic and gifted vocalists I have ever seen. He appeared on American Idol as a contestant in 2009 and when I saw him I knew at once he was a phenomenal talent and hoped that I'd get to work with him one day. Then in Nov 2011, as luck would have it, MTV asked Queen to perform the closing finale of the MTV Europe awards in Belfast. It was a brilliant performance and 6 months later there we were, rehearsing for six amazing Summer shows. Checkout the Kiev debut live to 500,000 screaming fans on youtube, plus Moscow, Wroclaw in Poland and 3 wondrous nights at Hammersmith Apollo /Odeon. If you were there you know what I'm talking about and if you weren’t, then keep your fingers crossed and hope that it wasn't a once in a lifetime collaboration. Now I do officially LOVE Mr. Spike Edney!!!  And of course Brian, Roger, Adam and.... ;D

shoshanna stone @shoshannastone news.softpedia.com/news/Adam-Lambert-Insures-His-Voice-for-47-Million-36-2-Million-299378.shtml … Part of the article: Adam Lambert Insures His Voice for $47 Million (€36.2 Million)
Now, without sounding like a fangirl (even though some of you could argue that I am one and I will not contradict you), if I were Adam, this would seem like a logical step for me as well.
When you have one of the most impressive voices of our times and are a huge star like he is, why not take steps to ensure you’re covered should the worst happen?
If you’re not familiar with Adam’s work, below is just one instance of his amazing ability of rendering emotion in its purest form.
Enjoy!

shoshanna stone @shoshannastone www.gigwise.com/news/77000/us-star-adam-lambert-insures-his-voice-for-%25C2%25A330million …
2h @upinthenorth @upinthenorth @shoshannastone do these reporters realize that the insurance doesn't COST 40 million dollars? All the stories act as if it does!
1h shoshanna stone @shoshannastone @upinthenorth I know. Lol
1h Vanda @wandinka87 @shoshannastone @upinthenorth is this whole insurance talk true or just bs? o.O
13m shoshanna stone @shoshannastone @wandinka87 @upinthenorth has he, hasn't he what do we think? is the alleged insurance a prep for the TP tour, for Queen tour, for some other large obligation (China?)... very fertile ground for speculation.... ;D obviously his voice is worth more, but the insurance is probably quite expensive...I wonder who paid (if true)...
