Why get bent out of shape over either of the RCA accounts tweeting? Neither of them has a huge following and about the only purpose it serves is to placate fans. It's so meaningless that they were tweeting Kris Allen stuff literally as he was dropped or as we were finally being told he was dropped. There is little to no actual promotional value in either of those accounts tweets.
Adam's tweets reach a hell of a lot more people and media picks his tweets up for news so as long as he tweets it everything's good.
