Does the email that you gift to have to be a registered itunes account? I ask because I have several email addresses but only one that's registered to itunes.... I do not know because I have not tested this. I am sure someone else knows.
It's also an easy way to gift yourself the single track more than once (say if you wanted to buy it again around PLL time). Bottom line you can gift from itunes to any email address, it doesn't have to be linked to an itunes account. The person who downloads needs to have at least one US itunes account that they can log into of course. eta: modified because i haven't had coffee yet lol |
