hhhmm.. that's weird! I just read mys*&@^#r's post about what Bill Werde from Billboard said about all kind of things that factoring in Billboard chart. I wanted to comment and login and it's gone.. LOL I meant to put it in the numbers' thread so I deleted it. Here, if people are interested, I'll put it back t.co/N8UZPM7tBill Werde, Billboard’s editorial director, said the shake-up was necessary to reflect changes in the way people consume music these days. There was a time when radio programmers — and the record labels who lobbied them — largely defined the charts, using surveys of their listeners and their gut instincts to select hits. Now the Internet gives fans a greater say, as people buy music from online stores, stream it through services like Spotify or listen to it on video sites like YouTube and Vevo. Modern charts need to take in more than radio to measure a song’s popularity, he said, and Billboard has plans to go further, folding data from YouTube and Vevo into its charts as well.
“A hit doesn’t just look like one thing anymore,” he wrote in a recent column answering critics. Ohh Great! Mod, if this is not the place to discuss this, please feel free to move it to numbers thread. ;D. But I just want to say that I'm so glad that Billboard has seen these changes. So glad they take that power of the radio play a bit, not all. I assume radio play's still important but so does internet. More people have access to internet and since most radio has decided to ignore Adam this term, I'm hoping this internet factors will help Adam a bit. ;D

[/IMG] One more detail: When suggesting Adam Lambert, Trespassing you need to click the 'send' button (dark grey) just below. But I did try the 'novinki' (?) and could see the same 'star clicking' option for each of them. Do you understand why is there the 'vote' button to the right of the title HOB... ? I clicked the star for NCOE and when I tried it again there was a message that I guessed saying I had already voted - so clicking the vote button apparently was not needed. I wonder if TP appears in the new category would the button be necessary then? Of course, we will see if it happens. BTW They have only NCOE, IIHY and WWFM on Adam's 'page', hopefully their system recognises TP when suggested. Well, it is not a big job to suggest anyway, it might get them to look for it.
"Новинки" = New the dark grey "vote" button next to it brings you the the page of the just released new songs and you can vote (by clicking on the star) to include those into the the main page count...And yes - voting is by clicking the star on the right of each entry, except for the write in section where you do have to click on the dark gray button - as you correctly mentioned Also, the Google Translate works quite well on this site.
